Claims (7)
- 격벽에 의해 구획되어 일축 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 유통 구멍을 갖는 복수의 제1 허니컴 세그먼트를 접착재로 복수 접합한 세그먼트 영역과,상기 일축 방향 단면에서, 상기 세그먼트 영역의 외측 주위에 배치되고, 상기 세그먼트 영역과 일체가 되도록 상기 접착재로 접합되며, 격벽에 의해 구획되어 상기 일축 방향으로 관통하는 복수의 유통 구멍을 갖는 복수의 제2 허니컴 세그먼트를 갖고,상기 제1 허니컴 세그먼트는 상기 일축 방향 단면적이 상기 제2 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 일축 방향 단면적보다 작고,정방형의 동일한 단면적을 갖는 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트를 접합하여 허니컴 구조체를 형성한 경우와 비교하여, 상기 제1 허니컴 세그먼트의 단면적을 1/4 이하로 하고, 상기 제2 허니컴 세그먼트의 단면적을 4배 이상으로 하며, 상기 세그먼트 영역은 일축 방향 단면적이 허니컴 구조체 전체의 일축 방향 단면적의 1/3 이상 1/2 이하인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 단면적은 40 mm를 한 변으로 하는 정방형 면적보다 작은 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 단면적은 30 mm를 한 변으로 하는 정방형 면적보다 넓은 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 단면적은 상기 제1 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 단면적의 4배 이상의 면적을 갖는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 구조체의 상기 일축 방향의 단면 형상이 이형인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 허니컴 세그먼트의 상기 단면적은, 35 mm의 길이를 한 변으로 하는 정방형 단면을 갖는 허니컴 세그먼트만을 접합하여 형성한 동일한 외형 형상을 갖는 허니컴 구조체를 통과하는 배기 가스의 압력 손실을 100%로 할 경우에, 압력 손실의 증대가 20% 이하가 되도록 조정되어 있는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
