Claims (8)
- 평균 입자크기가 1㎛ 내지 5㎛인 중질탄산칼슘 5중량% 내지 10중량% 및 폴리 아크릴산 소듐염(poly acrylic acid sodium salt)인 계면활성제 0.5중량% 내지 0.7중량%를 함유하는 복합 수(水) 슬러리를 비즈 밀링(beads milling)하여 제조되며,상기 비즈 밀링은 밀링이 수행되는 밀링 용기 내에 모터와 연결되어 교반 블레이드가 방사형으로 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 회전축이 구비되고, 슬러리의 주입구가 상기 밀링 용기 하부에, 슬러리의 배출구가 상기 밀링 용기 상부에 형성된 밀링 용기를 이용하여 수행되고,상기 비즈 밀링은 상기 주입구로 밀링 대상 슬러리가 비즈 밀링이 수행되는 밀링용기 부피를 기준으로 40부피%/분 내지 60부피%/분의 피딩(feeding) 속도로 주입되며 상기 배출구로 배출된 슬러리가 다시 밀링 용기로 주입되는 연속식 밀링이며, 직경이 100㎛ 내지 300㎛이고 상기 밀링용기 부피를 기준으로 50부피% 내지 70부피%의 지르코니아 볼을 이용하여, 3000rpm 내지 5000rpm 조건에서 수행되며,상기 비즈 밀링에 의해 중질탄산칼슘의 분쇄 및 수 분산이 동시에 수행되어 상기 비즈 밀링 후 평균 입자크기가 10nm 내지 100nm이고 평균 응집 크기가 150nm 내지 250nm의 유니모달(unimodal)한 응집분포를 가지는 수(水) 분산된 탄산칼슘 나노입자의 제조방법.
