Claims (9)
- (a) 물 100 중량부;(b) 탄산칼슘 1~50 중량부; 및(c) 고분자 분산제 0.1~20 중량부를 포함하고, 입자 크기가 50 내지 80 nm인 탄산칼슘이 분산된 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 탄산칼슘은 일차 입자 크기가 0.001 내지 10 ㎛인 중질 탄산칼슘 및 침강성 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 고분자 분산제는 카르복실산 작용기를 포함하고 중합도가 1 내지 700 이고 중량평균 분자량이 3,000 내지 80,000인 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 고분자 분산제는아크릴산(acrylic acid), 메타크릴산(methacrylic acid), 말레익산(maleic acid), 푸말산(fumaric acid), 이타콘산(itaconic acid), α-히드록시아크릴산(α-hydroxyacrylic acid), 크로톤산(crotonic acid) 및 이의 염의 호모폴리머(homopolymer) 또는 이들의 공중합체또는 상기 아크릴산(acrylic acid), 메타크릴산(methacrylic acid), 말레익산(maleic acid), 푸말산(fumaric acid), 이타콘산(itaconic acid), α-히드록시아크릴산(α-hydroxyacrylic acid), 크로톤산(crotonic acid) 및 이의 염과 아크릴레이트(acrylates), 메타크릴레이트(methacrylates), 아크릴아미드(acrylamides), 아세테이트(acetates), 카바메이트(carbamates), 이미다졸(imidazoles), 스트렌(styrene), 에틸렌(ethylene), 프로필렌(propylene) 또는 비닐클로라이드(vinyl chloride)와의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액.
- 삭제
- (a) 물 100 중량부; 탄산칼슘 1~50 중량부; 및 고분자 분산제 0.1~20 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 혼합물에 마이크로비드(microbead)를 투입하여 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드의 재질은 유리(glass), 지르코니아(zirconia), 지르콘(zircone), 티타니아(titania) 및 세리아(ceria)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로비드의 입경은 0.1 내지 3 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 교반 속도는 500 내지 2000 rpm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘 나노 수중 분산액 제조방법.
