Abstract
Description
본 발명의 기본적인 사상은 충전을 위한 특징적인 인자로서, 필터를 통한 압력 손실의 검출 및 필터를 통한 배기가스 유동률의 결정에 의하여 결정되는 필터의 유동 저항을 사용하는 것이다. 이러한 방식으로 작동점과 무관한 충전 특성인자의 결정이 가능해진다. 즉, 입자 필터의 충전 상태가 엔진 부하점과 무관하게 결정된다.
Claims (6)
- 입자 필터(10)의 유동 저항을 나타내는 인자가 입자 필터(10) 내의 온도(TDPF)와 입자 필터(10) 내의 압력(p)에 따라 결정되고, 입자 필터(10)의 충전은 유동 저항으로부터 결정되는 입자 필터(10)의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법에 있어서,온도(TvDPF)는 적어도 입자 필터(10) 전방의 상류에서 측정되며, 입자 필터(10) 내의 온도(TDPF)는 측정된 온도(TvDPF)에 따라 입자 필터(10)의 온도 모델을 통해 결정되며, 상기 온도 모델은 입자 필터(10)의 열용량(CpDPF), 배기가스의 열용량(CpAbgas) 및 배기가스 질량 유동률(dmAbgas/dt)을 고려하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도(TnDPF)가 입자 필터(10) 후방의 하류에서 추가로 측정되고, 입자 필터(10) 내의 온도(TDPF)는 측정된 온도(TvDPF, TnDPF)에 따라 입자 필터(10)의 온도 모델을 통해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 필터(10) 내의 온도(TDPF)는 입자 필터(10) 전방의 상류의 온도(TvDPF)에 따라 반복적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 필터(10) 내의 압력(PDPF)의 결정을 위하여, 입자 필터(10)를 통한 압력차(△p)가 결정되고, 이 압력차(△p)로부터 입자 필터(10) 내의 압력(PDPF)이 입자 필터(10)의 압력 모델에 의해 모델화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자 필터(10) 내의 압력(PDPF)의 결정을 위하여, 입자 필터(10) 전방의 상류의 압력(PvDPF)이 측정되고, 이 압력(PvDPF)으로부터 입자 필터(10) 내의 압력(PDPF)이 입자 필터(10)의 압력 모델에 의해 모델화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자 필터(10)는 엔진의 배기가스 여과를 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자 필터의 충전의 감지를 위한 방법.
