Claims (7)
- 3가 크롬 이온과, 3가 크롬과 수용성 착체를 형성할 수가 있는 킬레이트제와, 아연 이온과, 유황 화합물과, 아인산 이온을 함유하고,처리 용액 중의 아연 이온 농도 C(몰/L)와, 3가 크롬 이온 농도 A(몰/L)와, 유황 화합물 농도 D(몰/L)가 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 범위인, 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하기 위한 처리 용액.0.0431C+A/4≥D≥0.0431C+A/50··식 (1)
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,처리 용액 중의 아연 이온 농도 C가 0.002∼0.45몰/L의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하기 위한 처리 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서,처리 용액 중의 아인산 이온 농도가 0.01∼0.6몰/L의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하기 위한 처리 용액.
- 제1항, 제3항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 처리 용액을 이용하여, 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,처리 용액 중의 초기(건욕시) 아연 이온 농도를 0.002∼0.15몰/L의 범위로 하고, 아연 이온 농도가 0.002∼0.45몰/L의 범위 외로 되지 않게 아연 이온 농도를 조정하는 것을 포함하는 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제3항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 처리 용액을 이용하여, 아연 또는 아연 합금을 용액 온도 10∼60℃에서 화성 처리하는 것을 포함하는 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 형성하는 방법.
- 아연 또는 아연 합금 상에 제1항, 제3항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 처리 용액으로 화성 처리하여 형성된 흑색의 3가 크롬 화성 피막을 가지는 아연 또는 아연 합금 피복 금속.
