Claims (13)
- 레이저광을 이용하여 정보의 재생이 가능한 광학적 정보 기록매체에 있어서,기판 상에 적어도 반사층, 기록층을 이 순서로 가지며,상기 반사층은 1 원자% 이상 5 원자% 이하의 Ni를 포함하는 Al 합금이고,상기 반사층의 막 두께는 20㎚ 이상 300㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반사층은 상기 기판 상에 성막되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.

- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 커버층과, 상기 반사층과 상기 기록층 사이에 배치된 반사층측 유전체층과, 상기 기록층과 상기 커버층 사이에 배치된 광입사측 유전체층을 더 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 반사층측 유전체층은 S를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반사층측 유전체층의 주성분이 ZnS 또는 산화물, 상기 기록층의 주성분이 Ge와 Sb와 Te 또는 Ge와 Bi와 Te, 상기 광입사측 유전체층의 주성분이 ZnS 또는 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반사층측 유전체층의 막 두께가 15㎚ 이상 50㎚ 이하, 상기 기록층의 막 두께가 5㎚ 이상 15㎚ 이하, 상기 광입사측 유전체층의 막 두께가 10㎚ 이상 100㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 반사층측 유전체층은 상기 반사층에 접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체.
- 기판 상에 적어도 반사층, 기록층을 이 순서로 제작하는 공정을 포함하는 광학적 정보 기록매체의 제조방법으로서,상기 반사층을 성막하는 공정이 1 원자% 이상 5 원자% 이하의 Ni를 포함하는 Al 합금으로 이루어지는 스퍼터링 타겟을 이용하며, 상기 반사층의 막 두께는 20㎚ 이상 300㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 정보 기록매체의 제조방법.
