Claims (6)
- 녹용 100 중량부에 대하여 단백분해효소 0.4 내지 0.9 중량부 및 물 100 내지 300 중량부를 가하고 50∼80℃에서 4∼9 시간 반응시키는 1차 단백분해 단계 및상기 1차 단백분해를 거친 반응물에 단백분해효소 0.2 내지 0.4 중량부를 더 가하고 50∼80℃에서 1∼3 시간 반응시키는 2차 단백분해 단계를 포함하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 1차 단백분해와 2차 단백분해를 합친 총 반응시간이 7∼9 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 1차 단백분해 단계 및 2차 단백분해 단계의 반응은 60∼70℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 단백분해효소는 파파인; 프로테아제; 펩티다아제 및 펩신으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 단백분해반응을 거친 녹용 추출물을 활성탄 2 내지 10 중량부와 접촉시켜 냄새 및 색을 흡착 제거하는 정제 단계를 더 포함하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 활성탄 접촉은 0.5 기압 내지 0.1 기압의 진공압에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹용 추출물의 제조 방법.
