Abstract
고형연료 소각재를 분쇄하는 단계와; 패각과 게껍질을 세척하여 염분을 제거후 수분을 80%이상 제거하는 단계와; 상기 세척을 마친 패각과 게껍질을 분쇄하는 단계와; 상기 고형연료의 연소재와 패각 및 게껍질을 황토: 60~70중량%, 고형연료 연소재: 20~30중량%, 패각 및 게껍질: 10~20중량%의 비율로 혼합하는 단계와; 상기 혼합한 혼합물을 발효시켜 부숙화하는 단계와; 상기 부숙화된 혼합물을 지렁이에게 급이하여 지렁이에 의해 분변토를 제조하는 단계로 이루어지며,
분변토 제조를 위한 지렁이 사육상(50)은 고형연료 연소재와 패각, 게껍질 및 황토를 혼합하여 제조한 먹이를 급이하는 급이부(52)와, 지렁이가 사육되어 분변토를 생산하는 사육실(51)과, 사육실(51)에서 생산된 분변토를 배출시키는 배출부(53)로 구성한 것에 특징이 있다.

Claims (3)
- 고형연료 소각재를 분쇄하는 단계와;
패각과 게껍질을 세척하여 염분을 제거후 수분을 80%이상 제거하는 단계와;
상기 세척을 마친 패각과 게껍질을 분쇄하는 단계와;
상기 고형연료의 연소재와 패각 및 게껍질을 황토: 60~70중량%, 고형연료 연소재: 20~30중량%, 패각 및 게껍질: 10~20중량%의 비율로 혼합하는 단계와;
상기 혼합한 혼합물을 발효시켜 부숙화하는 단계와;
상기 부숙화된 혼합물을 지렁이에게 급이하여 지렁이에 의해 분변토를 제조하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고형연료 소각재를 이용한 분변토의 제조방법. - 삭제
