Description
Claims (7)
- 굴절율이 1.6 내지 1.8인 폴리에스테르수지로 된 기재층;상기 기재층의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되고 상기 폴리에스테르수지에 비하여 용융점이 낮은 폴리에스테르 공중합체와, 구형의 유기 또는 무기계 비드가 혼합된 표면층;으로 이루어지며, 상기 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 열적리플로우 현상에 의해 구형비드가 요철을 이루는 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 굴절율이 상기 기재층에 비하여 0.05 이상 낮은 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기비드는 입경이 1 ~ 30㎛의 실리콘 비드인 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요철은 상기 기재층 및 표면층을 공압출하여 기계적 방향으로 연신 및 냉각한 후, 열처리공정인 텐터 내에서 상기 폴리에스테르수지의 융점보다는 낮고, 상기 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 융점보다는 높은 온도에서 열처리하여 형성되는 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 융점이 230℃ 이하인 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 표면층은 1 ~ 70 중량%의 비드를 함유하는 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인 광학용 폴리에스테르필름.
