Description
Claims (11)
- 선회 불가능한 휠을 가진 휠 차량 또는 궤도 차량용 중첩 스티어링 시스템으로서, 구동 유닛(1), 및 구동 출력을 하나 이상의 스티어링 차동 기어(9)를 통해 하나의 구동측으로부터 다른 구동측으로 전달하기 위한 중립 샤프트(10, 10')를 포함하고, 상기 중립 샤프트(10, 10')는 상기 구동 유닛(1)에 의해 송출된 출력량과 하나 이상의 전기 모터(2, 2')의 조합에 의해 구동될 수 있고,상기 구동 유닛(1)에 의해 송출된 스티어링 출력량의 전달을 위해, 하나 이상의 유체 역학적 스티어링 클러치(4, 6; 13) 또는 하나 이상의 기계적으로 조절 가능한 부하 스위칭 클러치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 독립적인 전기 회로를 구비한 하나의 전기 모터 또는 복수의 전기 모터가 상기 전기 모터(2, 2')로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중립 샤프트(10, 10')의 회전 방향 각각에 대해 하나 이상의 유체 역학적 스티어링 클러치(4, 6) 또는 하나 이상의 기계적으로 조절 가능한 부하 스위칭 클러치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 역학적 스티어링 클러치(4, 6; 13)의 브리지를 위해, 기계적 클러치(5, 7; 14)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중립 샤프트(10, 10')가 스티어링 시스템의 중앙에 배치되거나, 또는 스티어링 시스템의 측부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단 하나의 유체 역학적 스티어링 클러치(13)가 제공되고, 상기 중립 샤프트(10)를 직접 구동시킬 수 있는 제1 기계적 클러치(15), 및 상기 중립 샤프트(10, 10')를 역전 기어 장치(19)를 통해 역전된 회전 방향으로 구동시킬 수 있는 부가의 기계적 클러치(16)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스티어링 시스템은 차량의 구동 시스템 내에 통합될 수 있거나 또는 별도의 유닛으로서 상기 구동 시스템의 하류에 접속 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터(들)(2, 2'), 상기 유체 역학적 스티어링 클러치(4, 6, 13), 상기 기계적 클러치(5, 7), 상기 제1 기계적 클러치(15) 및 상기 부가의 기계적 클러치(16)가 회전수 조정 기어 장치 열 없이 중립 샤프트(10, 10')에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터(들)(2, 2')용의 전력 전자 시스템 및 제어 전자 시스템이 기어 장치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 클러치(5, 7, 14, 15, 16)는 멀티디스크 클러치로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩 스티어링 시스템.
