- 어레이 유리 기판과, 이것에 대향하는 대향 유리 기판을 가지고, 이들 기판 사이에 액정이 충전되고 주변부가 자외선 경화성 수지에 의해 봉지된 액정 표시 패널로서,상기 대향 유리 기판이 알칼리 유리 기판이고,상기 어레이 유리 기판과, 상기 대향 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수의 차가 10×10-7/℃ ∼ 30×10-7/℃ 이고,상기 어레이 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수가 30×10-7 ∼ 80×10-7/℃ 이고,그 조성이, 산화물 기준의 질량% 표시로, 실질적으로,SiO2 : 39 ∼ 70%,Al2O3 : 3 ∼ 25%,B2O3 : 1 ∼ 20%,MgO : 0 ∼ 10%,CaO : 0 ∼ 17%,SrO : 0 ∼ 20%,BaO : 0 ∼ 30%이고,상기 대향 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수가 50×10-7 ∼ 100×10-7/℃ 이고,그 조성이, 산화물 기준의 질량% 표시로, 실질적으로,SiO2 : 50 ∼ 84%,Al2O3 : 0 ∼ 20%,MgO + CaO : 5 ∼ 25%,Na2O + K2O : 1 ∼ 25%인 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열팽창 계수의 차가 20×10-7/℃ 이하인 액정 표시 패널.

- 어레이 유리 기판과, 이것에 대향하는 대향 유리 기판을 가지고, 이들 기판 사이에 액정이 충전되고 주변부가 자외선 경화성 수지에 의해 봉지된 액정 표시 패널로서,상기 대향 유리 기판이 알칼리 유리 기판이고,상기 어레이 유리 기판과, 상기 대향 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수의 차가 20×10-7/℃ 이하이고,상기 어레이 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수가 75×10-7 ∼ 95×10-7/℃ 이고,변형점이 530℃ 이상이고,그 조성이, 산화물 기준의 질량% 표시로, 실질적으로,SiO2 : 50 ∼ 75%,Al2O3 : 0 ∼ 15%,MgO + CaO + SrO + BaO : 6 ∼ 24%,Na2O + K2O : 6 ∼ 24%이고,상기 대향 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수가 50×10-7 ∼ 100×10-7/℃ 이고,그 조성이, 산화물 기준의 질량% 표시로, 실질적으로,SiO2 : 50 ∼ 84%,Al2O3 : 0 ∼ 20%,MgO + CaO : 5 ∼ 25%,Na2O + K2O : 1 ∼ 25%인 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 어레이 유리 기판과 상기 대향 유리 기판이 동일한 조성의 유리 기판이고,이 유리 기판의 열팽창 계수가 75×10-7 ∼ 95×10-7/℃ 이고,변형점이 530℃ 이상이고,점도 η 가 logη = 4 를 만족하는 유리 융액의 온도 (T4) 는, T4≤1200℃ 이고,그 조성이, 산화물 기준의 질량% 표시로, 실질적으로,SiO2 : 50 ∼ 75%,Al2O3 : 0 ∼ 15%,MgO + CaO + SrO + BaO : 6 ∼ 24%,Na2O + K2O : 6 ∼ 24%인 액정 표시 패널.
