Claims (4)
- 금속파이프를 준비하되 금속파이프의 내경과 외경이 휠센서의 내경, 외경과 같은 크기로 준비하고 상기 금속파이프를 속금형에 끼워서 속금형과 함께 금형의 내부에 밀어넣어 금형의 내주연에 형성된 금형홈들이 금속파이프에 잇발들을 성형하게 하고, 금형의 내주연에 형성된 금형 잇발들이 금속파이프에 홈들을 성형하게 한 후, 탈형하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 휠센서 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,금속파이프를 완성될 휠센서(1)의 두께(t)로 절단하여 속금형에 끼우고 속금형과 함께 금형의 내부에 밀어넣어 금속파이프의 외주연에 잇발들과 홈들을 성형하고 탈형하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 휠센서 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,완성될 휠센서의 두께(t)X 2개 이상으로 길게 마련된 금속파이프를 속금형에 끼우고, 속금형과 함께 금형의 내부에 밀어넣어 금속파이프의 외주연에 잇발들과 홈들을 성형하고 탈형한 후, 휠센서(1)의 두께(t)로 절단하고 연마하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 에이비에스 휠센서 제조방법.
