Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 종류의 렌즈를 포함하는 라이팅 장치, 특히 자동차에 적합한 PES 헤드램프를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 핫프레싱에 의해 상기와 같은 렌즈를 제조하는 적합한 방법을 제공하기 위해 의도된 것이다.
Claims (24)
- 소정 라이팅 패턴(12)을 발생시키기 위하여 광원(22)에 의해 방사되고 반사기(24)에 의해 반사된 광을 이미지로 제공하고, 서로 반대로 배열된 두 표면(34, 36)을 갖는 라이팅용 렌즈, 특히 헤드램프(20)용 렌즈(28,28a,28b,28c)에 있어서,다른 광학 산란 효과를 갖는 영역(40, 42, 44)이 제1 표면(34)에 설치되고, 제1 표면(34)은 제1 표면 거칠기를 갖는 한계영역(40)과 제1 광학 산란효과보다 더 높은 광학 산란 효과를 나타내는 중앙을 향하여 제1 영역 다음에 오는 다른 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다른 광학 산란효과를 갖는 영역(40, 42, 44)이 핫프레싱에 의해 몰드(60)에서 제1 표면(34)으로 이전되는 영역으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈(28, 28b, 28c)는 한계영역(40)이 휘광되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한계영역(40)은 D≤d≤0.65 D, 바람직하게는 D≤d≤0.75 D, 가장 바람직하게는 D≤d≤0.85 D 인 영역 위로 연장되는 직경(d)을 갖고, 여기서 D는 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)의 광학적으로 유효한 외부 직경인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학 산란효과는 제1 표면(34)의 부분영역에서 에지에서 중앙을 향하는 방향으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 표면은 중앙영역에 인접한 영역(42) 보다 더 낮은 광학 산란 효과를 가지는 중앙영역(44)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 더 높은 광학 산란효과를 가지는 영역(42)은 최대로 10 마이크로미터의 평균 피크-밸리 높이(rm)을 가지며, 더 낮은 광학 산란효과를 가지는 영역(40)은 최대로 1 마이크로미터의 평균 피크-밸리 높이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)의 제1 표면(34)은 볼록이고, 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)의 제2 표면(36)은 평면 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b)는 회전 대칭 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈는 렌즈가 소정 위치에서 헤드램프(20)에 설치되게 하는 장착 림(38, 48)이 설치되고, 제1표면(34)의 상부영역(42)은 하부영역 아래의 낮은 영역과 다른 곡률 또는 광학 산란효과를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회절구조(46)가 두 표면(34, 36)의 적어도 하나에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제12항에 있어서, 회절구조(46)가 렌즈(28b, 28c)의 제2 표면(36)에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제13항에 있어서, 회절구조가 필름의 형태로 렌즈(28b, 28c)의 표면 중 어느 하나와 연결된 요소로서 디자인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광원(22), 반사기(24), 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c), 및 광원(22)과 반사기(24) 사이에 설치된 마스크(26)를 포함하는 라이팅 장치(20), 특히 자동차용 헤드램프.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 렌즈를 갖는 적어도 한 방향으로 방사되는 LED가 구비된 광원 및 이 광원과 렌즈 사이에 배치된 마스크를 포함하는 라이팅 장치, 특히 헤드램프.
- - 유리를 용융하고;- 용융물로부터 고브(58)를 위치 정하고;- 고브(58)의 핫프레싱에 적합한 점도로 온도를 조정하고;- 적어도 제1 몰드 표면(64) 상에 제공되는 다른 표면 거칠기 값의 영역으로, 제1 몰드표면(64)과 적어도 하나의 제2 몰드 표면(68)이 구비된 몰드(60)를 프리젠트하고;- 고브(58)를 개방 몰드(60)에 이송하고;- 렌즈 생성을 위한 고브(58)를 핫프레싱하고;- 렌즈를 실온으로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 몰드 표면(64)은 휘광 프레싱(bright-pressing)에 적합한 제1 몰드 표면 거칠기를 가지는 한계영역을 포함하고, 몰드의 중간을 향해 더 높은 표면거칠기의 영역(42)이 이어지는 몰드가 사용되는 것인 렌즈 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1몰드 표면(64)이 적어도 부분 영역 위에 중심을 향해 증가하는 표면거칠기를 가지는 몰드가 사용되는 것인 렌즈 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)의 핫프레싱 동안 최대로 10 마이크로미터의 평균 피크-밸리 높이(rm)을 가지는 더 높은 표면거칠기의 영역이 몰드(64)의 제1표면에 의해 몰드되는 렌즈의 제1표면 상에 형성되도록 다른 표면거칠기 값을 나타내는 제1표면(64)의 영역이 구성되는 몰드(60)가 사용되는 것인 렌즈제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 더 낮은 표면 거칠기의 영역(40)이 렌즈의 휘광 프레싱(bright-pressing)에 사용되는 것인 렌즈 제조방법.
- 제17항, 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1몰드표면(64)이 볼록 형상을 갖고 그 제2표면(68)이 평면 형상을 갖는 몰드가 사용되는 것인 렌즈 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)가 핫프레싱 동안 몰드에서 적어도 그 외부표면의 하나에서 유리전이온도(Tg) 아래의 온도로 냉각되는 것인 렌즈 제조방법.
- 제1몰드표면(64)과 적어도 하나의 제2몰드표면(68)을 가지며, 다른 표면거칠기 값의 영역이 적어도 제1몰드 표면(64) 상에 설치되는 것인 렌즈(28, 28a, 28b, 28c)의 핫프레싱용 몰드.
