- a) 무수말레인산 및 무수알킬말레인산 혼합물에 암모니아가스 또는 암모니아수를 첨가하여 암모늄염을 제조하는 단계;b)상기 제조된 암모늄염에 n-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸포름아마이드, 디부틸숙신산, 디프로필 숙신산, 디에틸숙신산, 디메틸숙신산, 디 프로필숙신산에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 활성수소를 갖지 않는 극성용매를 첨가하고 가열하여 축합중합에 의해 숙신이미드-알킬숙신이미드공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및c)상기 중합체를 냉각시킨 후 중화하는 단계;를 포함하는 아스파르틱산-알킬아스파르틱산 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 상기 암모니아가스 또는 암모니아수는 무수말레인산 및 무수알킬말레인산 혼합물 1몰당 0.8 ~ 2몰을 첨가하여 반응시키는 아스파르틱산-알킬아스파르틱산 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서 극성용매는 상기 a)단계에서 사용된 무수말레인산 및 무수알킬말레인산 100중량부에 대하여 100 ~ 400 중량부를 사용하는 아스파르틱산-알킬아스파르틱산 공중합체의 제조방법.

- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서 상기 축합중합은 상압에서 160 ~ 220 ℃로 3 ~ 11시간 반응하는 아스파르틱산-알킬아스파르틱산 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서 중화반응은 40 ~ 70 ℃에서 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속을 이용하여 pH가 10 ~ 11이 될 때까지 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스파르틱산-알킬아스파르틱산 공중합체의 제조방법.
