Claims (3)
- 공작물의 중량변화에 따른 이송축 서보모터의 속도와 진동 및 마찰에 대한 각종 제어변수를 입력하는 제어변수 입력수단(100)과;각종 데이터를 저장하는 데이터 테이블(200)과;공작물의 미세 이송에 의한 부하 전류의 변동치를 측정하는 전류측정수단(300)과;상기 전류측정수단(300)에서 측정된 전류값을 근거로 표준 중량 대비 비교값을 산출하는 공작물 중량변환 수단(400)과;상기 공작물 중량변환 수단(400)으로부터 현재 공작물의 중량을 파악하고 이에 따른 변수 데이터를 데이터 테이블(200)로부터 전송받아 서보모터(600)의 동작을 제어하는 제어기(500)를 포함하며,상기 데이터 테이블(200)은,상기 제어변수 입력수단(100)으로부터 중량변화에 따른 제어변수 데이터를 저장하며, 속도 이득 제어에 관련된 속도이득 제어 데이터 베이스(210)와, 진동제어에 관련된 진동제어 데이터 베이스(220)와, 마찰제어에 관련된 마찰제어 데이터 베이스(230)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 상한 돌기 방지를 위한 공작기계의 서보모터 속도루프 게인류 제어장치.
