Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 알코올 화합물과 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 에피클로로히드린을 에테르화 반응시켜 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 에테르 화합물을 합성하는 단계와:상기 반응식에서, α는 알코올 화합물 1몰에 대한 에피클로로히드린의 사용 몰 수로 0.5 ~ 1.5의 정수이고; R1은 C1-C22의 직쇄상 또는 분쇄상의 포화 알킬기이고; n은 0 내지 10의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 10의 정수이고, ℓ은 0 내지 10의 정수이고; X는 Cl이며; EO는 에틸렌 옥사이드이고, PO는 프로필렌 옥사이드이다;하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 에테르 화합물을 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 아민 화합물과 4급화 반응하여 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제를 제조하는 단계:상기 반응식에서, β는 에테르 화합물 1몰에 대한 아민 화합물의 사용 몰 수로 0.5 ~ 1.5의 정수이고; R1은 C1-C22의 직쇄상 또는 분쇄상의 포화 알킬기이고; R2 및 R3은 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서, H, 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 프로필기이고; R4는 C2-C22의 직쇄상의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기이거나, 혹은 1개 이상의 아마이드기가 포함된 C3-C22의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기이며; n은 0 내지 10의 정수이고, m은 0 내지 10의 정수이며, ℓ은 0 내지 10의 정수이고; X는 Cl이며; EO는 에틸렌 옥사이드이고, PO는 프로필렌 옥사이드이다;를 포함하여 이루어진 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 에테르화 반응은 50 ~ 150 ℃의 온도 하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 4급화 반응은 50 ~ 150 ℃의 온도 하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 4급화 반응시켜 제조된 계면활성제의 고형분 농도는 20 ~ 90%로 농축된 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 아마이드화 반응은 100 ~ 250 ℃의 온도 하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 아마이드화 반응은 산 화합물, 염기 화합물 및 금속 화합물 중에서 선택된 촉매 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 산 화합물은 파라톨루엔술포닉산, 인산, 차아인산, 차아인산소다 및 황산 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이고, 상기 염기 화합물은 알칼리금속수산화물이며, 상기 금속 화합물은 Fe, Cu, Co, Ti, Sn 및 Mn 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 사용량은 상기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 지방산 첨가량에 대하여 0.1 ~ 1.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2의 4급 암모늄계 양이온 계면활성제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유유연제.
