- 본체;상기 본체의 상면에 위치하며, 바닥 중앙에 돌기가 형성되는 유발;상기 유발의 하부에 설치되는 바이브레이터와, 상기 바이브레이터의 둘레에 설치되는 스프링과, 상기 유발과 상기 바이브레이터 사이에 개재되는 고무패드로 이루어지고, 상기 유발에 상하 및/또는 좌우방향으로 진동을 인가하는 진동수단;상기 진동수단의 하부에 설치되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축을 지지하는 베어링과, 동력을 발생시키는 모터와, 상기 회전축과 상기 모터 사이에 맞물려 회전하는 기어로 이루어지고, 상기 유발을 회전시키는 회전수단;상기 유발의 한쪽 측면에 구비되는 거치대;상기 거치대에 설치되고, 구동시 로터를 회전시키는 회전체;상기 로터에 결합되고, 하단이 상기 유발의 내측 면에 접촉하여 분말을 분쇄 및 혼합하는 유봉; 및상기 로터와 상기 유봉의 상단 사이에 설치되고, 상기 유봉의 하단이 유발의 내측 면에 밀착하도록 압력을 가하는 압력수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 자동분쇄혼합장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 거치대가 수평이동수단 및/또는 수직이동수단을 포함하여, 유봉을 상하 및/또는 좌우로 운동시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 자동분쇄혼합장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 돌기가 원뿔형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 자동분쇄혼합장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 유봉의 하단이 반구형상으로 형성되고, 반구형상인 상기 유봉의 하단에서 상부로 이격된 위치의 외주면에 요철이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 자동분쇄혼합장치.
