Abstract
상기의 방법으로 제조된 천연 항진균 소재는 마과 식물의 기능성 물질인 마사포닌, 그 중에서도 항진균, 항암, 항비만, 성장호르몬 분비 촉진 등의 기능이 있는 디오신을 물과 알코올만을 이용하여 순도 30~90%의 디오신을 추출함으로써 일반적인 추출방법으로 추출된 마과 식물 추출물의 디오신 순도가 10% 이하인 것에 비해 높은 순도를 나타낼 뿐 아니라, 단순 알코올 추출물에 포함된 90%이상의 불순물을 제거함으로써 색, 향, 쓴맛, 떫은맛 등을 최소화시켜 식품 및 화장품에 용이하게 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- (a) 건조된 마과 식물을 3mm로 분쇄한 후, 상기 분쇄된 마과 식물에 80% 농도의 에탄올(ethanol), 메탄올(methanol), 부탄올(butanol) 중 하나 또는 둘 이상을 혼합한 알코올을 8~12배 첨가하는 단계;
(b) 상기 알코올이 첨가된 마과 식물용액을 60~80℃에서 3~5시간 정치 또는 교반하여 여과한 후, 이 여과액을 상기 건조된 마과식물 중량대비 0.2~1로 농축하는 단계;및
(c) 상기 농축물에 정제수를 10~20배 첨가하여 혼합한 후, 상기 정제수가 혼합된 농축물을 원심분리 또는 여과하여 순도 70~90%의 디오신이 함유된 침전물을 얻는 단계;및
(d) 상기 얻어진 침전물을 건조하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 항진균 소재의 제조방법.
