Claims (18)
- 산무수물기 함유 폴리프로필렌계 수지(A) 100중량부에 대하여, 열가소성 엘라스토머(B) 20 ~ 500중량부, 에폭시기 함유 폴리올레핀계 공중합체(C) 1 ~ 30중량부, 아민계 화합물(D) 0.001 ~ 0.5중량부 및 아미노실란 화합물 0.01 ~ 0.5 중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산무수물기 함유 폴리프로필렌계 수지(A) 100중량부에 대하여, 무기입자(E) 5 ~ 100중량부를 더 포함하는 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 산무수물기 함유 폴리프로필렌계 수지(A) 100중량부에 대하여, 열가소성 엘라스토머(B) 20 ~ 500중량부, 에폭시기 함유 폴리올레핀계 공중합체(C) 1 ~ 30중량부, 아민계 화합물로 표면처리된 무기입자(F) 0.1 ~ 50중량부 및 아미노실란 화합물 0.01 ~ 0.5 중량부를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산무수물기 함유 폴리프로필렌계 수지(A) 100중량부에 대하여, 폴리프로필렌계 수지 5 ~ 300중량부를 더 포함하는 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌을 포함하는 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 아미노실란 화합물은 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필-트리메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필-메틸디메톡시실란, N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필-트리에톡시실란 및 N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필-트리이소프로폭시실란에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 산무수물기 함유 폴리프로필렌계 수지(A)는 그라프트율이 0.1 ~ 10중량%이고, 용융지수가 1 ~ 100g/10분(230℃, 2.16kg)인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 엘라스토머(B)는 올레핀계 엘라스토머 또는 스틸렌계 엘라스토머인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 에폭시기 함유 폴리올레핀계 공중합체(C)는 글리시딜아크릴레이트, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 이타콘산글리시딜에스테르, 아릴글리시딜에테르, 2-메틸아릴글리시딜에테르, 스틸렌-p-글리시딜에테르에서 선택되는 에폭시기 함유 화합물과 올레핀의 공중합체인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아민계 화합물(D)은 지방족, 방향족, 고리모양으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 1차 내지 4차 아민인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 무기입자(E)는 탈크, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 카올린, 실리카, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘, 염화칼슘, 황산칼슘, 수산화알미늄, 산화아연, 수산화마그네슘, 산화티탄, 알루미나, 마이카, 아스베스토스, 제오라이트, 규산백토, 유리섬유, 휘스커로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 아민계 화합물로 표면처리된 무기입자(F)는 탈크, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 카올린, 실리카, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘, 염화칼슘, 황산칼슘, 수산화알미늄, 산화아연, 수산화마그네슘, 산화티탄, 알루미나, 마이카, 아스베스토스, 제오라이트, 규산백토, 유리섬유, 휘스커로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 무기입자의 표면에 지방족, 방향족, 고리모양으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 1차 내지 4차 아민을 처리한 것인 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 성형품.
- 제 4항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 성형품.
- 제 6항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 성형품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 자동차용 부품.
- 제 4항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 자동차용 부품.
- 제 6항에 따른 폴리프로필렌-엘라스토머 나노알로이 조성물을 용융하여 압출 또는 사출가공에 의해 얻어지는 스크래치 자기재생성 자동차용 부품.
