Claims (5)
- 유체가 흡입되는 흡입관로와 흡입된 유체를 토출하는 토출관로가 형성된 케이싱,
상기 흡입관로와 상기 토출관로가 연결되는 부분에 설치되어 유체를 흡입 및 토출하는 임펠러,
상기 케이싱을 관통하도록 설치되고 상기 임펠러를 회전시키는 회전축,
상기 회전축을 지지하는 베어링이 설치되고 상기 베어링의 둘레로 유체가 순환하도록 유입구와 유출구가 형성된 순환로를 구비하며 상기 회전축의 양단에 각각 위치되는 베어링 박스,
상기 토출관로와 상기 유입구를 연결하여 상기 토출관로에서 유체가 토출되는 토출력으로 상기 순환로에 유체를 공급하는 양압라인, 그리고
상기 유입관로와 상기 유출구를 연결하여 상기 유입관로에서 유체가 흡입되는 흡입력으로 상기 순환로의 유체를 상기 케이싱으로 복귀시키는 음압라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 토출관로와 상기 음압라인을 연결하여 상기 토출관로에서 유체가 토출되는 토출력으로 상기 음압라인에서 유체가 흡입되는 흡입력을 증대시키는 증압라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱에는 상기 회전축을 지지하는 부분에 유체가 공급되는 공급로가 형성되고, 상기 공급로에는 상기 양압라인에서 분기된 분기라인이 연결되어 상기 공급로에 유체를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양압라인과 상기 음압라인에는 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브가 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입 펌프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 증압라인에는 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양흡입 펌프.
