Claims (3)
- 하우징(110)과, 상기 하우징의 내부에서 핸들의 회전력을 전달받는 입력축(120)과, 상기 입력축과 토션바(140)로써 연결된 출력축(130)과, 상기 출력축 하단의 피니언(150)에 치합된 랙바(160)로 이루어진 조향장치에 있어서,상기한 입력축(120)에는 원주면을 따라 다수의 등간격 빗살부(211)를 가지는 입력축측 원통체(210)를 마련하고, 상기 출력축(130)에는 상기 입력축측 원통체의 둘레를 감싼체 비 접촉 상태로 끼우되, 역시 원주면을 따라 다수의 등간격 빗살부(221)를 가지는 출력축측 원통체(220)를 마련하며,상기한 입력축측 원통체(210)의 둘레에서 상기 하우징 내부에 고정되는 입력축측 도체(230)와, 상기한 출력축측 원통체(220)의 둘레에서 상기 하우징 내부에 고정되는 출력축측 도체(240)를 마련한 후,상기한 입력축측 원통체(210)와 입력축측 도체(230) 사이의 정전용량을 검출하는 제1캐패시터(C1)와, 상기한 출력축측 원통체(220)와 출력축측 도체(240) 사이의 정전용량을 검출하는 제2캐패시터(C2)와, 상기한 빗살부(211)와 빗살부(221) 사이의 정전용량을 검출하는 제3캐패시터(C3), 그리고상기한 각각의 캐패시터들로부터 검출한 정전용량의 값으로 토크를 산출하기 위한 변환회로수단(260)으로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향장치용 비접촉식 토크센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 다수의 등간격 빗살부(211)와 다수의 등간격 빗살부(221)는 서로의 빗살 수가 동일하면서 축의 중심(O)으로 부터 동일한 각도(θ)범위의 치수폭을 가지도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조향장치용 비접촉식 토크센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 제1캐패시터(C1)와, 제2캐패시터(C2)와, 제3캐패시터(C3)들은 보다 더 정확한 측정을 위하여 각각 복수개를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향장치용 비접촉식 토크센서.
