Claims (9)
- PSM(Powder Slush Mould : 파우더 슬러쉬 몰드) 공법에 적용되는 표피재 성형용의 분체상 조성물로서,상기 분체상 조성물 100중량부에 대하여,중합공정에서 지방족 디이소시아네이트를 사용한 지방족 폴리우레탄 40 ~ 95중량부;별도의 첨가제 투입 없이 표면 스크래치를 방지하기 위한 열가소성 하이드로젠네이티드 스티렌닉 엘라스토머(Hydrogenated styrenic elastomer) 2 ~ 50중량부; 및분체 흐름성과 성형 품질을 향상시키기 위해 SiO2를 포함하는 무기질 0.05 ~ 5중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리우레탄은 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 디사이클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트 중에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나의 지방족 디이소시아네이트를 폴리올와 중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리우레탄은 입자간의 뭉침성과 표피재의 성형성 저하를 막기 위해 초기 용융온도가 140~160℃의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지방족 폴리우레탄은 성형된 표피재 제품이 저온 조건하에서도 부드러운 감촉의 저하를 막기 위해 최적의 유리전이온도를 -35℃이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 Hydrogenated styrenic elastomer는 기본 구조를 Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene으로 하는 SBS를 수소화(Hydrogenation)를 거듭하여 유도된 SBBS(Styrene/Butadiene/Butylens Block coplymer), SEBS(Styrene/Ethylene/Butylene-styrene block copolymer) 및 Amine-Modified SEBS 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기질은 분체의 흐름성을 개선하기 위해 평균 입경이 2~5㎛인 뭉침방지제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분체상 조성물 100중량부에 대하여방향족 폴리우레탄과 황변 방지 및 내구성 만족을 위한 산화방지제와 UV 안정제의 혼합물 5 ~ 50중량부를 첨가제로 더 포함하여 선택적으로 적용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물.
- PSM(Powder Slush Mould : 파우더 슬러쉬 몰드) 공법에 적용되는 표피재 성형용의 분체상 조성물을 제조함에 있어,a) 지방족 열가소성 폴리우레탄(TPU), SEBS를 안료와 Super Mixer에서 1분내지 5분간 혼합하는 단계;b) 상기 믹싱된 원재료를 130~160℃ 에서 압출하여 상온의 수조에서 냉각 및 패랫화하는 단계;c) 커팅된 원재료를 50~90℃ 에서 1~5시간 건조하는 단계;d) 건조된 원재료를 0℃ 이하에서 분쇄하는 단계;e) 분쇄된 원재료를 Super Mixer에서 SiO2와 믹싱 건조하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계로부터의 수득물을 b) 내지 d)단계를 거치지 않고 직접 마이크로 패랫타이져로 75내지 400㎛의 분체로 제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리우레탄 기조의 열가소성 엘라스토머 혼합 조성물의 제조방법.
