Claims (8)
- 전력계통에 접속된 감시대상의 상태를 검출하는 상태 검출기와;상기 전력계통에 접속된 제어대상을 제어정보에 따라 제어하는 제어기와;상기 상태 검출기와 디지털신호를 매체로 하여 정보의 수수를 행함과 동시에 상기 감시대상의 상태에 관한 정보를 생성하는 감시정보생성장치와;상기 제어기를 제어하기 위한 제어정보를 생성하고, 생성한 제어정보 및 입력한 제어정보를 디지털신호로 변환하여 상기 제어기에 전송하는 제어정보생성장치를 구비하고,상기 감시정보생성장치 및 상기 제어정보생성장치는, 상기 감시대상의 상태에 관한 정보를 수집함과 동시에 상기 제어대상을 제어하기 위한 제어정보를 출력하는 감시제어장치와 각각 공유의 신호전송로를 거쳐 접속되고, 상기 감시제어장치와 디지털신호를 매체로 하여 정보의 수수를 실행하여 이루어지고,상기 감시정보생성장치와 상기 제어정보생성장치는 일체화되어 큐비클내에 수납되어 상기 감시대상 및 상기 제어대상의 근방에 설치되어 이루어지며,상기 감시정보생성장치는 상기 감시대상의 상태를 계측하는 계측기와, 상기 감시대상의 이상의 유무를 판정하는 기기 감시기를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제어정보생성장치는 상기 제어대상을 보호하기 위한 연산을 행하여 보호지령을 출력하는 보호기와, 상기 제어대상을 제어하기 위한 연산을 행하여 조작지령을 출력하는 제어기를 포함하여 구성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상태 검출기는 상기 감시대상의 상태를 전기신호로 변환하고, 변환한 전기신호를 디지털신호로 변환하여 출력하여 이루어지고, 상기 제어기는 입력한 디지털신호를 전기신호로 변환하여 상기 제어기에 출력하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디지털신호의 통신매체로서 광통신을 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 신호전송로는 국제적으로 표준화된 프로토콜에 따라 정보를 전송하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감시제어장치는 통신회선 또는 통신망을 거쳐 보수거점이 되는 보수관리장치에 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 보수관리장치는 상기 감시제어장치로부터의 정보를 기초로 상기 감시대상의 이상의 유무를 감시함과 동시에, 상기 감시대상에 관한 트렌드관리와 이력관리를 포함한 데이터 베이스의 구축, 해석, 진단을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변전소시스템.
