Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- a) i) 당량이 70 이상인 하나 이상의 제1 출발물질 화합물;ii) 하나 이상의 에폭시드; 및iii) 하나 이상의 이중-금속 시아니드 (DMC) 촉매를 포함하는 하나 이상의 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물; 및b) 당량이 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량 미만인, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 2 몰% 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는 활성화된 출발물질 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 200 이상인 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 80 이하인 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물이 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 글리콜, 프로폭실화된 글리세롤, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물이 물, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글 리콜, 글리세린, 트리메틸롤 프로판, 소르비톨, 메탄올, 에탄올, 부탄올, 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물이, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 80 몰% 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물과 합해진 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이중-금속 시아니드 촉매가 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트인 혼합물.
- a) i) 당량이 70 이상인 하나 이상의 제1 출발물질 화합물;ii) 하나 이상의 에폭시드; 및iii) 하나 이상의 DMC 촉매를 포함하는 하나 이상의 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물; 및b) 당량이 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량 미만인, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 2 몰% 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물을 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 활성화된 출발물질 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 200 이상인 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 80 이하인 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물이 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 글리콜, 프로폭실화된 글리세롤, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물이 물, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 트리메틸롤 프로판, 소르비톨, 메탄올, 에탄올, 부탄올, 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물이, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 80 몰% 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물과 합해진 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이중-금속 시아니드 촉매가 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트인 방법.
- 1) a) i) 당량이 70 이상인 하나 이상의 제1 출발물질 화합물;ii) 하나 이상의 에폭시드; 및iii) 하나 이상의 DMC 촉매를 포함하는 하나 이상의 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물; 및b) 당량이 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량 미만인, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 2 몰% 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는 하나 이상의 활성화된 출발물질 혼합물을2) 하나 이상의 에폭시드와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 활성화된 출발물질 혼합물 상에 알킬렌 옥시드를 다중첨가하는 뱃치식 또는 반-뱃치식 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 200 이상인 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물의 당량이 80 이하인 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 출발물질 화합물이 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 폴리테트라메틸렌 에테르 글리콜, 프로폭실화된 글리세롤, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제2 출발물질 화합물이 물, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 트리메틸롤 프로판, 소르비톨, 메탄올, 에탄올, 부탄올, 폴리옥시 프로필렌 폴리올, 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리올, 알콕시화된 알릴 알콜 또는 그의 혼합물인 것인 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물이, 상기 예비-활성화된 출발물질 화합물 a)의 총 몰%를 기준으로 80 몰% 이상의 제2 출발물질 화합물과 합해진 것인 방법.
