Claims (2)
- 중량%로, C: 0.30~0.50%, Si: 1.82~2.00%, Mn: 1.50~2.50%, Cr: 1.1~1.30%, V: 0.30~0.50%, Al: 0.030~0.050%, N: 0.024~0.030%, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강재를 침탄하여 표면의 탄소농도가 0.9~1.2중량%가 되도록 하고, 870~910℃에서 침질하여 표면의 탄소와 질소의 농도의 합이 1.2~1.7중량%가 되도록 한 다음 담금질한 후, 830~860℃에서 2차로 담금질 하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고온 이물 피로수명이 우수한 베어링강의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링강의 표면부 잔류 오스테나이트 양이 25~50부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 이물 피로수명이 우수한 베어링강의 제조방법.
