Claims (3)
- 케이싱의 외부로 연장되는 파이프의 열팽창을 흡수하는 폐열회수보일러의 기구적 슬리브 타입 신축이음장치에 있어서,파이프의 외면에 구비되는 슬리브의 외주면에 마련되는 주름관부,상기 슬리브와 주름관부 사이의 기밀을 유지하는 패킹부 및상기 패킹부를 고정하는 고정부를 포함하고,상기 주름관부는 일정간격만큼 이격되어 상기 케이싱의 표면과 상기 패킹부의 하단에 용접고정되는 제 1 및 제 2주름관을 구비하며,상기 패킹부는 일측이 절단된 원통 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2주름관부의 상단이 고정되는 패킹상자, 상기 패킹상자와 슬리브 사이에 결합되는 다수의 패킹부재, 상기 패킹부재의 상하부에 결합되는 상부 및 하부 패킹링 및 상기 상부 패킹링의 상부에 결합되는 패킹누르개를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수보일러의 기구적 슬리브 타입 신축이음장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부는상기 파이프와 제 1 및 제 2주름관의 열팽창에 의한 상기 패킹부와 슬리브 사이의 유격을 탄성 변형하여 보상하는 스프링과상기 패킹상자의 외측과 상기 스프링을 고정하는 스프링홀더를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐열회수보일러의 기구적 슬리브 타입 신축이음장치.
