Abstract
Description
여기서, 상기 플렉시블부재는 축 방향으로 분할되어 이루어진다. 또한, 상기 분할된 플렉시블부재의 결합은 상기 플렉시블부재의 소재의 융점 이하의 온도에서 비활성기체를 이용하여 용접이 행해진다.
한편, 상기 메탈벨로우즈가 적용된 열교환장치는 열공급장치에서 배출되는 제1유체가 통과하는 제1유체관과, 상기 제1유체와 열교환하는 제2유체가 내부에 흐르며, 상기 제1유체관의 벽면을 관통하도록 배치된 제2유체관, 일단은 상기 제2유체관의 외주면을 감싸면서 상기 제2유체관과 연결되고, 타단은 상기 제1유체관의 벽면의 상기 제2유체관이 관통하는 부분을 감싸면서 제1유체관과 연결되어 관의 열팽창에 의한 상기 관통하는 부분의 파손에 따른 유체와 에너지의 누설을 방지하는 메탈 벨로우즈를 포함하여 이루어지는 열교환장치를 포함하여 이루어진다.
Claims (10)
- 제1유체가 통과하는 제1유체관과 상기 제1유체와 열교환하는 제2유체가 내부에 흐르며, 상기 제1유체관을 관통하도록 배치된 제2유체관의 상기 관통하는 부분을 감싸도록, 일단은 상기 제2유체관의 외주면을 감싸면서 상기 제2유체관과 연결되고, 타단은 상기 제1유체관의 벽면의 상기 제2유체관이 관통하는 부분을 감싸면서 제1유체관과 연결되어 관의 열팽창에 의한 상기 관통하는 부분의 파손에 따른 유체와 에너지의 누설을 방지하면서 동시에 교체, 보수가 용이하도록 적어도 2개이상으로 분할된 플렉시블부재가 결합되어 이루어진 분할형 메탈 벨로우즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플렉시블부재는 축 방향으로 분할되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분할형 메탈 벨로우즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분할된 플렉시블부재의 결합은 상기 플렉시블부재의 소재의 융점 이하의 온도에서 비활성기체를 이용하여 용접이 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할형 메탈 벨로우즈.
