Claims (1)
- 오차제어계수, 오차제어주기를 설정한 상태에서, 가감속 제어 기능이 활성화되어 있는가를 판단하는 단계;상기 가감속 제어기능이 활성화되어 있지 않으면, 설정운전압력과 실제토출압력과의 오차를 산출하고, 산출된 오차로 오차제어하여 지령값을 산출하며, 산출된 지령값을 펌프에 출력하여 펌프의 회전수를 제어하는 단계;상기 가감속 제어기능이 활성화되어 있으면, 오차제어주기를 카운트하고,상기 오차제어에 의해 출력된 지령값에 대한 예상토출압력과 지령값 출력후 토출압력과의 변화율을 산출하고 산출된 변화율의 평균값을 산출하는 단계;상기 지령값 출력 전의 실제토출압력과 지령값 출력후 토출압력과의 변화율을 산출하고 산출된 변화율의 평균값을 산출하는 단계;상기 산출된 예상토출압력의 평균값과 실제토출압력의 평균값과의 오차제어주기를 산출하는 단계;상기 카운트된 오차제어주기가 산출된 오차제어주기보다 크거나 같은가를 판단하는 단계; 및상기 카운트된 오차제어주기가 산출된 오차제어주기보다 크거나 같으면 상기 설정운전압력과 실제토출압력과의 오차를 산출, 산출된 오차로 오차 제어하여 지령값을 산출하며, 산출된 지령값을 펌프에 출력하여 출력된 지령값으로 펌프의 회전수를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 부스터 펌프 시스템의 가감속 운전 제어방법.
