Claims (4)
- 본체와, 상기 본체의 내측 중앙에 설치되는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기를 기준으로 본체의 일측에 형성되는 실내공기배기구 및 실외공기흡기구와, 상기 본체의 타측에 형성되는 실내공기흡기구와 실외공기급기구와, 상기 본체의 내부 일측에 설치되어 상기 실내공기배기구를 통하여 외부로 실내공기를 배출시키기 위한 배기팬과, 상기 본체의 내부 타측에 설치되어 외부로부터 실외공기를 흡기하여 실외공기급기구로 보내기 위한 급기팬과, 상기 배기팬과 상기 급기팬을 구동하기 위한 BLDC모터와, 상기 실내공기배기구와 상기 실외공기흡기구에 각각 설치되어, 상기 배기팬에 의해 배출되는 실내공기의 양과 상기 급기팬에 의해 흡입되는 실외공기의 양을 조절하기 위한 전동댐퍼와, 상기 BLDC 모터에 내장되어 회전수를 측정하는 RPM 센서와, 상기 RPM 센서에서 측정된 BLDC 모터의 회전수에 관한 신호를 수신하여, 상기 전동댐퍼의 개구율을 조절하기 위한 마이크로프로세서가 구비되는 환기장치에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서는 환기장치가 정지하게 되면 정지하기 이전의 전동댐퍼의 댐퍼 위치를 기억한 후에, 환기장치가 재 가동될때 상기 RPM센서로부터 BLDC모터의 회전수를 입력받은 후에 정지하기 이전상태가 기억된 전동댐퍼(70)의 댐퍼 위치와 비교하여 전동댐퍼의 개구율을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서는 환기장치에서 사용자가 설정할 수 있는 풍량에 대 응되는 BLDC 모터의 회전수에 대한 데이터와, 환기장치에서 사용자가 설정할 수 있는 풍량에 대응되는 전동댐퍼의 개구율에 대한 데이터가 입력되고, 환기장치의 작동후 RPM 센서로부터 BLDC 모터의 회전수에 대한 신호를 수신하여, 기 설정된 BLDC 모터의 회전수와 비교 산출하여 전동댐퍼의 개구율을 조절하기 위해 전동댐퍼를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로프로세서는 환기장치 작동후 RPM 센서로부터 수신된 BLDC 모터의 회전수가 기설정된 BLDC 모터의 회전수보다 큰 경우에는 외기 정압변동이 큰쪽으로 발생되었음을 판단하여 전동댐퍼의 개구율을 좁아지도록 전동댐퍼를 제어하고, 환기장치 작동후 RPM 센서로부터 수신된 BLDC 모터의 회전수가 기설정된 BLDC 모터의 회전수보다 작은 경우에는 외기 정압변동이 작은쪽으로 발생된 것으로 판단하여 전동댐퍼의 개구율이 넓어지도록 전동댐퍼를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환기장치.
