Claims (3)
- 쌍롤식 박판 주조기의 주조롤;상기 주조롤에 의하여 제조된 박판을 통과시키는 분위기 유지 챔버; 및상기 분위기 유지 챔버를 통과한 박판을 압연하는 압연기;를 포함하되,상기 분위기 유지 챔버에는 복수의 가이드 롤이 좌우로 배치되어 엇갈리게 작동되도록 이루어지고, 상기 분위기 유지 챔버의 양쪽 벽면에는 상기 복수의 가이드 롤이 지나다닐 수 있는 다수의 통로가 설치되며, 상기 복수의 가이드 롤이 좌우로 엇갈리게 작동되어 박판이 지그재그로 움직이도록 함으로서 박판의 델타 페라이트가 제거되는 델타 페라이트의 분해 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분위기 유지 챔버의 온도는 상기 박판 자체의 온도에 의하여 유지되는 델타 페라이트의 분해 장치.
- 쌍롤식 박판 주조기에 의하여 박판을 제조하는 단계;분위기 유지 챔버의 중앙부에 복수 개의 가이드 롤을 배치하는 단계;상기 박판을 상기 복수 개의 가이드 롤의 사이 및 압연기에 통과시키는 단계; 그리고상기 복수 개의 가이드 롤을 상기 분위기 유지 챔버의 좌우 측면으로 배치하여, 상기 박판의 경로를 지그재그로 변환하고, 상기 박판의 델타 페라이트를 분해하는 단계를 포함하는 델타 페라이트의 분해 방법.
