- 고압의 유체가 공급되는 축과 하우징 사이를 실링하는 이종복합재시일에 있어서,고밀도 폴리에틸렌 재질로 형성되는 제 1실링층과고무 재질로 형성되어 상기 제 1실링층의 외주면에 설치되는 제 2실링층을 포함하고,상기 제 1실링층은 중앙부에 축이 삽입되도록 삽입공이 형성된 링 형상의 몸체부, 상기 몸체부의 외주면에 볼록한 라운드 형상으로 형성된 한 쌍의 돌출리브 및 상기 축이 삽입되는 내주면에 오목한 라운드 형상의 오목면을 구비하고,상기 제 2실링층은 중앙부에 상기 제 1실링층이 결합되도록 결합공이 형성된 링 형상의 몸체부와 상기 몸체부의 내주면에 볼록한 라운드 형상으로 형성된 결합리브를 구비하며,상기 제 1실링층과 제 2실링층은 상기 한 쌍의 돌출리브 사이에 상기 결합리브를 끼워맞춤하여 결합되고,상기 제 1실링층은 상기 유체의 압력에 의해 상기 제 1실링층의 몸체부 일부분이 상기 축과 하우징의 계면으로 압출되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 유체의 압력이 가해지는 측면의 높이보다 그 반대 측면의 높이가 낮게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종복합재시일.
