Claims (17)
- 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 전송되는 신호들의 데이터 샘플들을 수신하는 단계;제1 액세스 단말과 관련된 파일럿 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 단계;상기 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 데이터 심벌들로 복조하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 디코딩하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었는지 여부를 결정하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었다면, 상기 디코딩 및 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 사용하여 상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성(regenerate)하는 단계;채널 추정을 결정하기 위해서 상기 재생성된, 전송된 데이터 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 단계;버퍼에 상기 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 저장하는 단계;상기 제1 액세스 단말로부터 전송된 데이터 샘플들을 재건(reconstruct)하기 위해서 상기 결정된 채널 추정을 사용하는 단계; 및상기 버퍼에 저장된 데이터 샘플들로부터 상기 제1 액세스 단말로부터 전송 된 상기 재건된 데이터 샘플들을 감산(subtract)하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 파일럿 칩들은 의사-랜덤 잡음(PN) 시퀀스로 커버링되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 신호들은 코드 분할 다중 접속(CDMA) 신호들을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,하나의 시간 기간상에서 상기 재생성된, 전송된 데이터 칩들로 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 누적(accumulate)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,채널 추정을 결정하기 위해서 상기 재생성된, 전송된 데이터 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 상기 단계는 복수의 레이크 수신기 핑거 지연들을 갖는 레이크 수신기 핑거들 각각에 대해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성(regenerate)하는 상기 단계는 재-인코딩, 재-인터리빙, 재-변조, 데이터 채널 이득의 재-적용, 및 데이터 재-확산 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,수신된 데이터 샘플들을 제2 액세스 단말과 관련된 의산-랜덤 잡음(PN) 칩들로 역확산하는 단계;상기 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 데이터 심벌들로 복조하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 디코딩하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었는지 여부를 결정하는 단계; 및상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었다면, 상기 디코딩 및 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 사용하여 각 레이크 수신기 핑거 지연에서 상기 제2 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성(regenerate)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 수신된 신호들의 데이터 샘플들을 저장하는 메모리;제1 액세스 단말에 대응하는 제1 코드 시퀀스를 사용하여 상기 저장된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산 및 복조하는 복조기;상기 복조된 데이터로부터 데이터를 디코딩하는 디코더;정확하게 디코딩된 데이터를 사용하여 상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성하는 재생성 유닛;채널 추정을 결정하기 위해서 상기 재생성된 데이터 칩들로 상기 저장된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 채널 추정기;상기 디코딩된 데이터 및 상기 채널 추정을 사용하여 인코딩 및 변조된 데이터 샘플들을 재건하는 재건 유닛; 및상기 디코더가 상기 저장된 샘플들로부터 다른 액세스 단말들에 대한 데이터를 뒤이어 디코딩함에 있어서 간섭을 감소시키기 위해서 상기 메모리에 저장된 샘플들로부터 상기 재건된 데이터 샘플들을 감산하는 감산기를 포함하는, 기지국.
- 제8항에 있어서,하나의 시간 기간상에서 상기 채널 추정기로부터 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 누적하는 누적기(accumulator)를 더 포함하는 기지국.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 복조기는 다중 경로 신호들을 처리하기 위한 다수의 핑거 처리 유닛들을 구비한 레이크 수신기를 포함하며, 상기 핑거 처리 유닛들 각각은 상기 메모리로부터 샘플들을 처리하기 위한 고유 지연들을 갖는, 기지국.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 재생성 유닛은 재-인코딩, 재-인터리빙, 재-변조, 데이터 채널 이득 재-적용, 및 재-확산 중 적어도 하나에 의해 상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데 이터 칩들을 재생성하도록 구성되는 기지국.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 코드 시퀀스는 의사-랜덤 잡음(PN) 시퀀스인 기지국.
- 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 전송되는 신호들의 데이터 샘플들을 수신하는 단계;제1 액세스 단말과 관련된 파일럿 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 단계;상기 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 데이터 심벌들로 복조하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 디코딩하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었는지 여부를 결정하는 단계;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었다면, 상기 디코딩 및 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 사용하여 상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성(regenerate)하는 단계;추정된 다중경로 신호 지연들에 기반하여, 균일 재생성(uniform regeneration)을 위한 시간 스팬(span)을 결정하는 단계; 및채널 추정을 결정하기 위해서 상기 결정된 시간 스팬에 대해 균일하게 이격된 지연들에서 상기 재생성된, 전송된 데이터 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 파일럿 칩들은 의사-랜덤 잡음(PN) 시퀀스로 커버링되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,버퍼에 상기 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 저장하는 단계;상기 제1 액세스 단말로부터 전송된 데이터 샘플들을 재건(reconstruct)하기 위해서 상기 결정된 채널 추정을 사용하는 단계; 및상기 버퍼에 저장된 데이터 샘플들로부터 상기 제1 액세스 단말로부터 전송된 상기 재건된 데이터 샘플들을 감산(subtract)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 시간 스팬을 결정하는 상기 단계는 상기 다중경로 신호 지연들에 대한 정보, 그리고 전송기 및 수신기 필터들의 결합된 응답에 대한 선험적(priori) 추정치에 대한 정보에 기반하여 시간 스팬을 선택하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 복수의 액세스 단말들로부터 전송되는 신호들의 데이터 샘플들을 수신하기 위한 수단;제1 액세스 단말과 관련된 파일럿 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하기 위한 수단;상기 역확산된 데이터 샘플들을 데이터 심벌들로 복조하기 위한 수단;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 디코딩하기 위한 수단;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었는지 여부를 결정하기 위한 수단;상기 복조된 데이터 심벌들이 정확하게 디코딩되었다면, 상기 디코딩 및 복조된 데이터 심벌들을 사용하여 상기 제1 액세스 단말에 의해 전송된 데이터 칩들을 재생성(regenerate)하기 위한 수단;추정된 다중경로 신호 지연들에 기반하여, 균일 재생성(uniform regeneration)을 위한 시간 스팬(span)을 결정하기 위한 수단; 및채널 추정을 결정하기 위해서 상기 결정된 시간 스팬에 대해 균일하게 이격된 지연들에서 상기 재생성된, 전송된 데이터 칩들로 상기 수신된 데이터 샘플들을 역확산하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.
