Claims (3)
- 디스크(20)의 회전에 따라 몸체(10)를 흐르는 유체의 흐름을 단속하는 버터플라이밸브(70)에 있어서,상기 몸체(10)의 배출구에 탈부착이 가능하도록 일단부에 플레이트(41)가 형성되고, 원통형으로 형성되어 끝단부에 플레이트(41)가 형성되는 연결부(40)와;상기 연결부(40)의 내부에 소정간격으로 삽입되어 연결부(40)의 플레이트(41)에 고정되도록 외주연에 고정 플레이트(51)가 형성되고, 상기 연결부(40)의 내부에 구비된 일단부에 디스크(20)의 개방시, 급속히 유입되는 유체를 제어하여 캐비테이션을 방지하는 다공판(52)이 형성되며, 원통형으로 형성되어 끝단부에 관이 결합되도록 플레이트(55)가 형성되는 다공관(50)과;상기 연결부(40)의 내부에 삽입된 다공관(50)의 외주연에 형성되어 연결부(40)의 내주연과 다공관(50)의 외주연 사이를 밀폐하고, 상기 다공관(50)의 고정 플레이트(51)에 의해 지지되는 고무 실링(60);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐비테이션 방지용 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다공판(52)은 디스크(20)의 개방시, 상,하로 급속히 유입되는 유체의 유속을 제어하도록 중앙부에 마름모 형태의 관통홀(53)이 형성되고, 상기 마름모 형태의 관통홀(53)은 장축의 길이가 다공판(52)의 가장자리까지 길게 형성되며, 상기 관통홀(53) 이외의 다공판(52) 일단면에는 유속을 제어한 유체가 이송되도록 다수개의 이송홀(54)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐비테이션 방지용 버터플라이밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고정 플레이트(51)는 연결부(40)의 내부에 삽입되는 다공관(50)을 지지하되, 상기 연결부(40)의 내측으로 지지돌기(51a)가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 지지돌기(51a)의 끝단부가 고무 실링(60)을 지지하여 이송되는 유체에 의해 고무 실링(60)이 밀리는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐비테이션 방지용 버터플라이밸브.
