Claims (7)
- 엔진 회전수를 검출하는 엔진 회전수 센서;터보차저의 후단에 설치되어 배기가스에 포함되어 있는 산소의 농도로부터 공연비를 검출하는 람다센서;연소실로 흡입되는 공기량을 측정하는 공기유량센서;연소실에 분사되는 연료량을 조정하는 인젝터 및;엔진 회전수별 람다센서의 신호와 배기온도의 상관관계를 이용하여 터보차저 전단의 배기가스 온도를 모델링하고, 이에 따라 엔진 출력 제한 제어를 실행하는 제어부를 포함하는 디젤엔진 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 람다센서가 고장인 경우 림프 홈 모드로 진입한 다음 흡입 공기량과 연료분사량을 이용하여 엔진 회전수별 람다값을 추정하고, 추정된 람다값과 배기온도의 상관관계를 이용하여 터보차저 전단의 배기가스 온도를 모델링한 다음 그에 따라 연료 분사량 및 공기량 제어와 CPF의 재생 제어를 실행하는 디젤엔진 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 엔진 회전수별 람다센서의 신호와 배기온도의 상관관계가 데 이터 테이블로 설정되는 디젤엔진 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부의 엔진 출력 제한 제어는 연료 분사량 및 공기량 제어와 CPF의 재생 제어를 포함하는 디젤엔진 제어장치.
- 시동 온 상태에서 엔진 회전수와 람다센서의 신호를 검출하는 과정;엔진 회전수별 람다센서 신호와 배기온도의 상관관계를 이용하여 터보차저 전단의 배기가스 온도를 모델링하는 과정;모델링된 배기가스 온도가 설정된 제1기준값을 초과하였는지 판단하는 과정;배기가스 온도가 제1기준값을 초과하였으면 배가가스 온도의 과다 상승으로 인식하여 엔진 출력제한 제어 및 CPF의 재생을 중지시키는 과정;엔진 출력 제한 제어에 의해 모델링된 배기가스 온도가 설정된 제2기준값 미만이면 엔진 출력 제한 제어를 해제하고, 조건이 충족되는 경우 CPF의 재생 제어를 실행하는 과정을 포함하는 디젤엔진 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,람다센서의 고장이 판정되면 림프 홈 모드로 진입하고 흡입 공기량과 연료 분사량을 검출하여, 엔진 회전수별 람다값을 추정하는 과정;람다값이 추정되면 배기온도와의 상관관계를 이용하여 터보차저 전단의 배기 온도를 모델링하는 과정;모델링되는 배기가스의 온도에 따라 엔진 출력 제어를 실행하는 과정을 더 포함하는 디젤엔진 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 모델링되는 배기가스 온도에 상한값과 하한값으로 이루어지는 히스테리시스 구간이 설정하는 디젤엔진 제어방법.
