Claims (4)
- 엔진으로부터 무단변속기로 입력될 수 있는 입력토크의 전체 범위를 다수의 구간으로 나누어 부분토크범위를 설정하는 단계와;상기 각 부분토크범위마다, 해당 부분토크범위 중 최대토크를 당해 부분토크범위를 대표하는 구간대표토크로 설정하는 단계와;상기 각 부분토크범위마다 설정된 구간대표토크와 정해진 목표변속비에 따라, 상기 무단변속기의 풀리에 제공할 목표유압을 설정하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 목표유압을 설정하는 단계에서는현재 차량의 엔진에서 무단변속기로 입력되는 입력토크를 얻는 단계와;상기 얻어진 입력토크가 상기 각 부분토크범위들 중 어느 범위에 속하는지 판단하는 단계와;상기 입력토크가 포함된 부분토크범위의 구간대표토크를 알아내는 단계를 차례로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 부분토크범위는각각 토크의 크기에 따른 연속적인 구간으로서, 엔진으로부터 무단변속기로 입력될 수 있는 입력토크의 전체 범위를 연속적으로 연결할 수 있도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 무단변속기의 풀리에 제공할 목표유압을 설정하는 단계에서는,상기 목표 변속비가 일정할 때에 피이드백 유압신호에 의해서 목표 유압이 변동되는 것을 방지하기 위해서, 피이드백되는 유압신호를 무시하는 신호무시단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무단변속기 제어방법.
