Claims (9)
- 합성 섬유 원사로 제조된 직물에 있어서,상기 합성 섬유 원사의 표면에 코팅된 전도성 폴리머; 및상기 전도성 폴리머가 코팅된 합성 섬유 원사에 부착된 전도성 나노파티클;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 나노파티클은 10 내지 50nm의 크기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 나노파티클은 Ag, TiO2 및 SiO2 중 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서상기 합성 섬유 원사는 폴리에스테르 또는 나일론인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물.
- 삭제
- 직물에 전도성 폴리머 처리를 하는 단계;상기 폴리머 처리된 직물을 제1압축 처리하는 단계;상기 제1압축 처리된 직물을 도전성 나노파티클 처리를 하는 단계;상기 도전성 나노파티클 처리된 직물을 제2압축 처리하는 단계; 및상기 제2압축 처리된 직물을 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 폴리머 처리된 직물을 제1압축 처리하는 단계는 상기 폴리머 처리된 직물의 합유율이 60 내지 80%가 되도록 제1압축 처리하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 나노파티클 처리된 직물을 제2압축 처리하는 단계는 상기 나노파티클 처리된 직물의 합유율이 60 내지 80%가 되도록 제2압축 처리하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제2압축 처리된 직물을 열처리하는 단계는 상기 제2압축 처리된 직물을 100 내지 200℃의 온도로 30초 내지 120초 동안 열처리하여 건조하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 발수성 및 제전성을 동시에 가진 직물을 제조하는 방법.
