Claims (4)
- 타단에 주철관(1)이 열결되는 수구 플랜지부(12)와; 상기 수구 플랜지부(12)와 연통되게 일체로 형성된 연결부(14)와; 상기 연결부(14)의 타단에 연통되고 경사지게 일체로 형성되며, 내주연에 제1,2경사단(16a)(16b)이 형성된 수구 경사받이부(16)로 이루어진 멀티 수구(10); 일단에 주철관(2)이 열결되는 삽구 플랜지부(22)와; 상기 삽구 플랜지부(22)와 연통되게 일체로 형성된 연결부(24)와; 상기 연결부(24)의 타단에 일체로 형성되어 상기 수구 경사받이부(16)의 제1경사단(16a)에 각도 조절이 가능하도록 안착된 삽구 경사플랜지부(26)로 이루어진 멀티 삽구(20); 및 상기 멀티 수구(10)와 멀티 삽구(20) 사이에 결합 되어 멀티 수구(10)와 멀티 삽구(20)의 조절된 각도를 유지시키기 위한 결합수단(30)으로 구성된 멀티 주철관 연결장치에 있어서,상기 수구 경사받이부(16)는 수구 플랜지부(12)를 기준으로 그 내각이 22.5°가 유지되고,상기 멀티 삽구(20)의 삽구 경사플랜지부(26)는 삽구 플랜지부(22)를 기준으로 그 내각이 22.5°가 유지되어 상기 수구 경사받이부(16)와 삽구 경사플랜지(26)는 동일한 각도로 형성되고,상기 멀티 수구(10)와 상기 멀티 삽구(20) 내각의 합이 45°까지 조절되며,상기 결합수단(30)은상기 수구 경사받이부(16)의 제1경사단(16a)에 관통 형성된 끼움공(31)과;상기 수구 경사받이부(16) 내부와 삽구 경사플랜지부(26)에 상부에 안착되고, 결합공(33)이 관통 형성된 제1,2아답터(34)(35)와;상기 끼움공(31)과 결합공(33)을 통과하여 체결 고정되어 멀티 수구(10)와 멀티 삽구(20)의 조절된 각도를 유지시키기 위한 체결부재(40)로 구성되며,상기 수구 경사받이부(16)의 제2경사단(16b)과 상기 삽구 경사플랜지부(26) 단부에 형성된 걸림돌부(27) 사이에 고무패킹(50)이 압착 삽입된 것을 특징을 하는 멀티 주철관 연결장치.
