- 기판 상에 일방향으로 연장하는 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선의 한쪽 끝단에 연결되는 게이트 패드를 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선과 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 데이터 배선과, 상기 데이터 배선의 한쪽 끝단에 연결되는 데이터 패드와, 전단 게이트 배선의 상부에 캐패시터 전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선에 연결되는 스위칭 소자를 형성하는 단계와;상기 스위칭 소자 상부의 기판 전면에 유기 절연막을 형성하는 단계와;투과부, 반투과부와 차단부를 갖는 마스크를 이용하여 상기 유기 절연막을 패터닝하여 상기 스위칭 소자의 드레인 전극, 상기 캐패시터 전극, 상기 게이트 패드, 상기 데이터 패드에 각각 대응하는 드레인 콘택홀, 캐패시터 콘택홀, 게이트 패드 콘택홀, 데이터 패드 콘택홀을 형성하고, 동시에 오목부를 형성하는 단계와;상기 패터닝된 유기 절연막 상부의 화소 영역에 상기 오목부에 대응하는 요철 형상을 이루며 투과홀을 갖는 반사판을 형성하는 단계와;상기 반사판 상부의 화소 영역에 투명 도전성 물질로 이루어지며 상기 드레인 콘택홀과 상기 캐패시터 콘택홀을 통해 상기 드레인 전극과 상기 캐패시터 전극에 각각 연결되는 화소 전극을 형성하고, 동시에 상기 유기 절연막 상부에 상기 게이트 패드 콘택홀을 통해 상기 게이트 패드와 연결되는 게이트 패드 터미널과, 상기 데이터 패드 콘택홀을 통해 상기 데이터 패드와 연결되는 데이터 패드 터미널을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 마스크의 반투과부의 투과율은 상기 마스크의 투과부의 투과율과 차단부의 투과율 사이의 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 마스크의 반투과부는 회절 패턴을 이용하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 마스크의 투과부는 상기 드레인 콘택홀과, 상기 캐패시터 콘택홀과, 상기 게이트 패드 콘택홀과, 상기 데이터 패드 콘택홀에 대응하며, 상기 마스크의 반투과부는 상기 오목부에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막을 패터닝하고 상기 반사판을 형성하기 전에 상기 패터닝된 유기 절연막을 열처리(curing)하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 유기 절연막은 감광성 유기 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 반사율 90% 이상의 불투명 도전성 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 소자는 게이트 전극, 소스 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터임을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시 장치용 어레이 기판의 제조 방법.
