Claims (4)
- 원주면을 따라 복수의 홈이 형성된 캠을 양단 사이에서 축방향으로 고정시키기 위하여 일단이 상기 축방향으로 이동될 수 있고 상기 양단이 축을 중심으로 회전될 수 있는 캠고정척을 구비한 캠고정유닛과,상기 캠고정척을 회전시키기 위한 모터와,공간상에 직교한 세축을 따라 이동할 수 있는 베이스부와, 상기 캠에 결합한 터릿의 암을 고정시키기 위하여 상기 암의 암축을 따라 이동할 수 있고 상기 암축을 중심으로 회전할 수 있게 상기 베이스부에 결합한 암 고정척을 구비한 암고정유닛과,상기 캠고정척의 회전각도를 측정할 수 있는 캠엔코더와,상기 캠고정척의 회전각도에 따른 상기 암고정척의 회전각도를 측정할 수 있는 암엔코더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캠의 축과 상기 터릿의 축의 이격거리 및 상기 터릿 축의 위치를 측정할 수 있는 좌표센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 캠측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 캠의 캠회전각도에 따른 상기 터릿의 회전각도를 출력하는 출력유닛을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠측정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 출력유닛은 상기 캠회전각도에 대하여 상기 터릿의 회전거리를 더 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠측정장치.
