Claims (5)
- 회전 없이 고정 설치되는 기판;상기 기판의 중심부 하단에 회전 또는 이동 없이 고정 설치되는 증발원;상기 증발원의 중심축과 동축으로 설치되고, 상기 증발원을 감싸 수용하도록 설치되며, 별도의 구동 장치에 의해 회전되는 회전 원통; 및 상기 회전 원통의 상단에 고정되며 상기 증발원의 중심에 대해 동축 방사 대칭으로 배열되어 증발원의 증착 분포를 조절할 수 있는 초퍼를 포함하며, 상기 회전 원통을 회전시키면서 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대면적 박막 제작용 증착 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초퍼는,상기 회전 원통의 중심에 대해 방사 대칭으로 배열되는 다수 개의 날개를 가지며, 상기 날개는 상기 원통의 회전 중심에서 멀어질수록 상기 증발원을 가리는 각도가 줄어드는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 대면적 박막 제작용 증착장치.
