Claims (10)
- 압력유체가 흐르는 통로(28)를 가지는 바디(12,14,16);상기 바디(12)에 형성된 밸브시트(30)에 착좌되는 상기 바디(12,14)의 내측에 변위가능하게 배치되는 밸브플러그(62);회전에 의해 상기 밸브플러그(62)의 축선방향으로의 변위를 일으키도록 상기 바디(16)에 회전가능하게 배치되는 샤프트(56);소정의 회전력이 작용되는 상기 샤프트(56)의 단부에서 지지하는 작동소자(94); 및상기 샤프트(56)에 상기 작동소자(94)에 작용된 회전력의 전달상태를 변화시키도록 상기 작동소자(94)와 상기 샤프트(56) 사이에 배치되는 전환기구(96)를 포함하고,상기 작동소자(94)로부터 상기 샤프트(56)에 전달되는 회전력이 초과되는 경우, 상기 샤프트(56)에 상기 작동소자(94)의 회전력의 전달은 상기 전환기구(96)에 의해 저지되며,상기 전환기구(96)는,상기 작동소자(94)의 내부에 상기 샤프트(56)에 대해 변위가능하게 배치되는 볼(122);상기 샤프트(56)를 향해 상기 볼(122)에 힘을 부여하는 스프링(124); 및상기 작동소자(94)에 면하고 상기 샤프트(56)의 외주면에 배치되며 상기 볼(122)과 결합하는 복수의 치열부(112)를 포함하고,상기 볼(122)은 상기 스프링(124)의 탄성력에 의해 상기 치열부(112)를 향해 압박되서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환기구(96)는, 상기 스프링(124)의 탄성력이 상기 회전력보다 큰 경우에 상기 작동소자(94)로부터 상기 샤프트(56)에 상기 회전력을 전달하고, 상기 스프링(124)의 탄성력이 상기 회전력보다 작은 경우에 상기 작동소자(94)로부터 상기 샤프트(56)에 상기 회전력의 전달을 저지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 작동소자(94)의 내부에 상기 치열부(112)를 향하여 연재되는 홀부(120)가 형성되고, 상기 볼(122)과 상기 스프링(124)은 상기 홀부(120)에 설치되며, 상기 홀부(120)는 볼트(128)에 의해 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 볼(122)의 경도는 상기 치열부(112)의 경도보다 작게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동소자(94)는 축선방향을 따라 상기 밸브플러그(62)와 함께 변위되고 상기 밸브플러그(62)의 개폐상태를 지시하는 위치로 변위되는 표시소자(22)를 포함하고, 상기 표시소자(22)는 상기 작동소자(94)의 중심부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 표시소자(22)는, 상기 밸브플러그(62)에 의해 밸브개방상태 및 밸브폐쇄상태를 외측에서 시각적으로 확인될 수 있도록 상기 밸브플러그(62)에 연결되는 시각식별소자(132)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시각식별소자(132)는 상기 샤프트(56)의 내측에서 축선방향을 따라 변위가능하도록 배치되는 표시축(80)의 단부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 볼(122)은, 그 사이에 상기 샤프트(56)를 개재시키도록 서로 면하게 배치되는 한쌍의 볼(122)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(56)의 외주면에 형성되는 핀홈(104)에 록핀(60)이 삽입되서, 상기 록핀(60)이 상기 샤프트(56)의 축선방향으로의 변위를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동전환밸브.
