Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 두 개의 전도성 투명판에 나노입자 산화물을 코팅하고 염료를 흡착시켜 두 개의 작업전극을 제작하는 단계, 금속망에 이온환원촉매를 코팅한 상대전극을 형성시키는 단계, 상기 제작된 상대전극을 가운데 위치시키고 양단에 두 개의 작업전극을 위치시켜, 상대전극과 두 작업전극 사이에 전해질이 위치하는 공간을 유지시키면서 열가소성 수지에 의하여 결합시키는 단계, 및 전해질을 주입하고 열가소성 수지로 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하여 샌드위치형 염료감응 태양전지를 제조하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 나노입자 산화물이 이산화티탄(TiO2), 이산화주석(SnO2) 또는 산화아연(ZnO)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 염료가 루테늄착물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속망이 스테인레스 스틸 또는 알루미늄으로 제조된 금속망임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 나노입자 산화물이 5 ~ 15 μm의 구께로 유리전극에 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온환원촉매가 백금, 카본나노튜브(CNT: Carbon nano tube), 또는 활성탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해질 용액이 요오드계 산화환원 액체 전해질 용액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 전도성 투명판에 나노입자 산화물을 코팅하고 염료를 흡착시킨 두 개의 작업전극; 이온환원촉매가 코팅된 금속망으로 구성되며 상기 작업전극 사이에 위치하는 하나의 상대전극; 및 상기 상대전극과 작업전극 사이의 전해질을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 나노입자 산화물이 이산화티탄(TiO2), 이산화주석(SnO2) 또는 산화아연(ZnO)임을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 염료가 루테늄착물임을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지.
