Claims (4)
- 볼트헤드(106)의 전방으로 돌출되는 체결바디(107)와, 상기 체결바디(107)의 전방에 형성되는 볼트부(108)와 체결바디(107)의 다수개의 평행한 톱니형상체인 세레이션을 포함하며, 고정부재에 형성되는 체결홀(103)에 압입되는 체결부재용의 스터드볼트(105)에 있어서;상기 스터드볼트(105)의 체결바디(107)에 형성하는 세레이션(110)을 상기 체결홀(103)로의 진입 시에 나사를 형성하면서 진입하여 고정되도록 스파이럴 형상의 일부로서 형성하고,상기 스터드볼트(105)의 진입 축방향에 대하여 상기 세레이션의 스파이럴 각도(θ)는 15 - 20 도인 것을 특징으로 하는 체결부재용의 스터드볼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 세레이션(110)의 스파이럴 형상의 일부는, 상기 스터드볼트(105)의 축방향에 대하여 경사진 다수의 직선체의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 체결부재용의 스터드볼트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 세레이션(110)의 스파이럴 형상의 일부는, 상기 스터드볼트(105)의 축방향에 대하여 경사진 다수의 원호체의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 체결부재용의 스터드볼트.
