Claims (5)
- 흑색 마스터 배치 펠렛과 투명 폴리우레탄 펠렛을 혼합하여 용융압출하여 제 1 펠렛을 제조하고, 다시 그 펠렛을 용융 압출하여 원료 펠렛을 제조하는 원료 컴파운딩 공정;수분을 제거하는 제습 공정; 및스크류로부터 다이스로 배출되기 전에 스크린을 통과시켜 이물질을 제거하고 필름으로 제조하는 압출 공정을 포함하는 디스플래이용 폴리우레탄 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 컴파운딩 공정은 흑색 마스터 배치 펠렛과 투명 폴리우레탄 펠렛을 혼합하여 용융압출하여 제 1 펠렛을 제조하고, 제 1펠렛을 용융 압출하여 제 2 펠렛을 제조하고, 다시 제 2 펠렛을 용융압출하여 제 3 펠렛을 제조하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플래이용 폴리우레탄 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제습 공정은 45-60℃의 온도를 30분 내지 24시간 유지하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플래이용 폴리우레탄 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출 공정은 170-190℃의 온도에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플래이용 폴리우레탄 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스크린은 150메쉬 스크린인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플래이용 폴리우레탄 필름의 제조방법.
