Claims (5)
- 금속판의 냉간 탠덤 압연에 있어서 압연 윤활을, 압연유와 물을 혼합한 에멀젼 윤활유를 각 압연 스탠드 입구 측에서 노즐로부터 공급하여 실시하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법에 있어서, 윤활 노즐 압력을 측정하고, 상기 에멀젼 윤활유에서는 윤활 과다가 일어나기 쉬운 압연 스탠드의 윤활 노즐 압력을 0.5 ㎫ 이상이 되도록 압력 제어하면서, 해당 스탠드의 롤 바이트 입구에 상기 윤활유를 직접 분사하여 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법.다만, 윤활 노즐 압력이란 윤활 노즐 배관 중에서의 압력이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 압연 스탠드마다 저압력용 노즐과 고압력용 노즐을 한 쌍으로 한 윤활 노즐을 복수 대 배치하는 동시에 각 압연 스탠드의 압연 속도에 따라서 필요한 윤활 조건을 상기 에멀젼 윤활유를 사용한 경우에 달성할 수 있도록, 각 압연 스탠드마다 저압력용 노즐 또는 고압력용 노즐 중 어느 하나 또는 쌍방을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 노즐 압력의 제어에 따른 윤활유 공급량의 증감을 상쇄하도록, 상기 스탠드에서 사용하는 윤활 노즐 개수를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 노즐 압력의 제어를 실시하더라도, 윤활유의 공급량을 일정하게 제어하는 것이 가능한 윤활 노즐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 윤활 노즐 압력을 피압연재인 상기 금속판 스트립의 상하면에서 따로따로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉간 압연에 있어서의 윤활유 공급 방법.
