Claims (4)
- 연연속 압연에서 선행재와 후행재의 중첩량를 측정하는 접합부 중첩량 측정 장치에 있어서,추종제어가 마무리되는 지점의 하단에 위치하여 상기 선행재, 후행재 및 중첩된 선후행재로 방사선을 방출하는 방사선원과, 상기 추종제어가 마무리되는 지점의 상단에 위치하여 상기 방출된 방사선을 펄스값으로 변환하는 검출기로 구성된 방사선계;상기 펄스값을 주파수 혹은 초당 펄스 카운트로 산출하는 펄스 측정부; 및상기 초당 펄스 카운트로부터 파악되는 상기 선후행재의 두께 변화를 통해 상기 선후행재의 중첩량을 획득하는 중첩량 측정부를 포함하고,상기 중첩량 측정부는,상기 산출된 초당 펄스 카운트의 이동평균에 의해 두께 변화를 감지하다가 평균값에서 변동폭을 뺀 값보다 상기 산출된 초당 펄스 카운트의 이동평균값이 더 작아지면 중첩부 진입구간으로 파악하고, 상기 산출된 초당 펄스 카운트의 이동평균값이 더 커지면 중첩부 진출구간으로 파악하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합부 중첩량 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중첩량 측정부는,상기 산출된 초당 펄스 카운트를 이동평균하여 신호대잡음비가 개선된 데이터를 생성하고, 상기 개선된 데이터의 두께 변화를 통해 중첩량을 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합부 중첩량 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 중첩량 측정부는,상기 이동평균된 데이터로부터 파악되는 중첩부 진입구간에서의 좌표값을 이용한 회귀선에 선행재 두께 평균값을 대입하여 중첩부 시작지점을 구하고, 상기 이동평균된 데이터로부터 파악되는 중첩부 진출구간에서의 좌표값을 이용한 회귀선에 후행재 두께 평균값을 대입하여 중첩부 끝지점을 구한 후, 상기 중첩부 시작지점과 중첩부 끝지점의 거리차이를 상기 중첩량으로 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합부 중첩량 측정장치.
