Claims (10)
- 용기의 내부에 수평방향으로 나열하여 서로 역회전하는 2개의 회전날개체를 설치하고, 상기 2개의 회전날개체의 서로의 역회전에 의해 입구로부터 공급된 피처리액을 한쪽 끝으로부터 다른쪽 끝을 향하여 이동시키면서 교반·혼합하는 연속교반장치에 있어서,상기 2개의 회전날개체의 각각을, 상기 용기의 한쪽 끝에 설치된 베어링에 의해 회전 자유롭게 지지되는 제 1 회전축과, 상기 용기의 다른쪽 끝에 설치된 베어링에 의해 회전 자유롭게 지지되는 제 2 회전축과, 상기 용기내의 한쪽 끝의 근방에서 상기 제 1 회전축에 고정된 제 1 지지부재와, 상기 용기내의 다른쪽 끝의 근방에서 상기 제 2 회전축에 고정된 제 2 지지부재와, 회전축 중심부분에 간극을 형성하여 상기 제 1 지지부재와 상기 제 2 지지부재와의 사이를 연결하는 연결부재와, 상기 연결부재에 회전축심 길이방향으로 나열하여 설치 배치된 복수매로 이루어지는 판형상 교반날개군을 구비하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 길이방향의 한쪽 끝에 피처리액을 공급하는 입구와, 다른쪽 끝에 교반·혼합된 피처리액을 배출하는 출구와, 상부에 휘발물의 출구를 구비하여 가열되는 가로로 긴 원통형상 용기를 설치하고, 상기 용기의 내부에 수평방향으로 나열하여 서로 역회전하는 2개의 회전날개체를 설치하고, 상기 2개의 회전날개체의 서로의 역회전에 의해 상기 입구로부터 공급된 피처리액을 상기 한쪽 끝으로부터 상기 다른쪽 끝을 향하여 이동시키면서 교반·혼합하는 연속교반장치에 있어서,상기 2개의 회전날개체의 각각을, 상기 용기의 한쪽 끝에 설치된 베어링에 의해 회전 자유롭게 지지되는 제 1 회전축과, 상기 용기의 다른쪽 끝에 설치된 베어링에 의해 회전 자유롭게 지지되는 제 2 회전축과, 상기 용기내의 한쪽 끝의 근방에서 상기 제 1 회전축에 고정된 제 1 지지부재와, 상기 용기내의 다른쪽 끝의 근방에서 상기 제 2 회전축에 고정된 제 2 지지부재와, 회전축심으로부터 반경방향으로 기설정된 거리를 가지고 배치되어 상기 제 1 지지부재와 상기 제 2 지지부재와의 사이를 연결하는 복수개로 이루어지는 연결부재와, 상기 복수개의 연결부재에 회전축심 길이방향으로 나열하여 설치 배치되고, 회전축 중심부분에 간극을 형성한 복수매로 이루어지는 판형상 교반날개군을 구비하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군은, 각 판형상 교반날개를 축심 길이방향으로 90도의 위상각을 두고, 순차 방향을 바꾸어 다단으로 하여 상기 연결부재에 설치하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군은, 각 판형상 교반날개를 회전축심을 중심으로 하여 대칭으로 배치된 쌍을 이루는 판형상부재로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군의 각 판형상 교반날개에는, 바깥둘레부에 스크래치부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군의 각 판형상 교반날개에는, 피처리액이 낙하할 때, 피처리액을 박막형상으로 하는 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군의 각 판형상 교반날개는, 근사 삼각형상의 판형상부재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속교반장치.
- 제 1항 기재의 연속교반장치를 사용하여, 상기 피처리액으로서 중합도가 낮은 수지를 상기 입구로부터 상기 용기내에 연속 공급하고, 상기 2개의 회전날개체를 서로 역회전시킴으로써 피처리액을 교반하고, 양호한 표면갱신을 행하여 휘발물을 증발시키고, 출구방향으로 이동시켜 중합도를 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 중축 합계수지의 연속중축합방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,점도가 수 Pas 이상의 피처리액을 상기 입구에 도입하고, 상기 출구에서 수 kPas 이하의 범위로까지 점도를 높이는 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합계수지의 연속중축합방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 판형상 교반날개군의 회전범위를 0.5 rpm 내지 20 rpm의 범위로 운전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중축합계수지의 연속중축합방법.
