Claims (22)
- (a) 글라스에 유사한 투명 플라스틱 물질을 형성하기 위하여 그 내부에 공간부를 가진 사출 몰드 머신을 제공하는 단계, 상기 사출 몰드 머신은 압력을 감지하기 위한 압력센서와, 상기 압력센서로부터 압력을 계산하기 위한 마이크로 프로세서와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서의 제어 신호에 따라 상기 공간부의 압력을 조절하는 비례 밸브의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤 장치를 포함함;(b) 상기 몰드를 폐쇄하고, 상기 몰드 안으로 순수한 플라스틱 물질 20 내지 60 부피%를 주입하고, 주입공이 적어도 상기 몰드의 표면의 일부와 연통되어 있어서 몰드 물질의 일부가 상기 몰드에 형성된 주입공으로 주입하도록, 상기 몰드를 가압하기 위하여 상기 몰드의 일부분을 사용하는 단계, 상기 몰드의 제1 부는 공간부를 포함하고 상기 몰드의 제2 부는 주입구를 통해 상기 공간부 안으로 주입된 녹은 플라스틱을 압압하기 위한 피스톤을 포함하며, 녹은 플라스틱이 상기 공간부 안으로 주입된 후 상기 피스톤으로부터의 후방 압력이 1000 ~ 1200 바이며 18 ~ 25초 동안 80 ~ 120℃의 온도가 상기 공간부에 유지됨으로써 상기 공간부를 압압하도록 구성되며, 상기 플라스틱은 소정의 시간동안 냉각되며, 상기 후방 압력을 조절하기 위해 제2 피스톤이 사용됨;(c) 글라스 미러에 유사하게 되도록 상기 플라스틱 물질의 광학적 특성을 최적화하기 위해 상기 플라스틱 물질에서 내부 스트레스가 실질적으로 감소되는 소정의 압력으로 몰드를 유지하는 단계를 포함하는, 차량 미러로 사용하기에 적절한 플라스틱 글라스 물질을 생산하는 방법.

- (a) 글라스에 유사한 투명 플라스틱 물질을 형성하기 위하여 그 내부에 공간부를 가진 사출 몰드 머신을 제공하는 단계, 상기 사출 몰드 머신은 압력을 감지하기 위한 압력센서와, 상기 압력센서로부터 압력을 계산하여 압력 및 부피의 주입 몰딩 변수를 모니터하고 조절하기 위한 마이크로 프로세서와, 상기 마이크로 프로세서의 제어 신호에 따라 상기 공간부의 압력을 조절하는 비례 밸브의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤 장치를 포함함;(b) 상기 몰드를 폐쇄하고, 상기 몰드 안으로 순수한 플라스틱 물질의 초기 용량을 주입하고, 주입공이 적어도 상기 몰드의 표면의 일부와 연통되어 있어서 몰드 물질의 20 내지 60 부피%를 상기 몰드에 형성된 주입공으로 주입하기 위하여 상기 몰드의 일부분을 사용하는 단계, 상기 몰드의 제1 부는 공간부를 포함하고, 상기 몰드의 제2 부는 주입구를 통해 상기 공간부 안으로 주입된 녹은 플라스틱을 압압하기 위한 피스톤을 포함하며, 상기 주입구을 통해 주입된 녹은 플라스틱을 압압하기 위하여 몰드 공간부 피스톤에 작동적으로 연결된 압력 조절 컨트롤 피스톤을 포함함;(c) 상기 몰드를 폐쇄하고, 몰드 물질의 20 내지 60 부피%를 주입공으로 뒤로 압압하기 위해 몰드의 일부분을 사용하여 몰드 안으로 순수한 플라스틱 물질의 처음 부피를 주입한 후에 글라스 미러에 유사하게 되도록 상기 플라스틱 물질의 광학적 특성을 최적화하기 위해 플라스틱 물질에서 내부 스트레스 및 수축을 감소하기 위해 소정 압력으로 몰드를 유지하는 단계, 상기 압력은 1000 내지 1200바로 상기 공간부에 유지되며, 상기 공간부가 상기 압력으로 유지되는 동안 18 내지 25초 동안 온도가 80℃ - 120℃로 유지되며, 상기 플라스틱은 소정의 시간 동안 냉각되며, 상기 압력을 조절하기 위해 제2 피스톤이 사용됨;(d) 미러를 형성하는 동안 반사 물질이 상기 투명한 플라스틱 물질의 표면 상에 형성됨으로써 상기 플라스틱 물질에 의해 차량 미러가 형성되는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량 미러로 사용하기에 적절한 플라스틱 글라스 물질을 생산하는 방법.
