- 중량 %로 나타낸, 0.03 ≤ 탄소(C) ≤ 0.060.50 ≤ 망간(Mn) ≤ 1.100.08 ≤ 규소(Si) ≤ 0.200.015 ≤ 알루미늄(Al) ≤ 0.070질소(N) ≤ 0.007니켈(Ni) ≤ 0.040구리(Cu) ≤ 0.040인(P) ≤ 0.035황(S) ≤ 0.015몰리브덴(Mo) ≤ 0.008티타늄(Ti) ≤ 0.005인 조성물을 포함하며,0.65 ≤ ≤ 1.60 인 양의 붕소를 함유하며,조성물의 나머지(balance)는 철(iron)과 제련공정에서 발생되는 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강(steel).

- 제7항에 있어서,상기 강판을 냉간 압연하는 단계는, 60 내지 78%의 압하율(reduction ratio)로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 재결정 열처리는,5 내지 15 시간 동안 상기 강의 재결정 온도 이상의 온도에서 수소하에 수행되는 스태틱 어닐링(static annealing)후, 30시간 이상 수행되는 슬로우 스태틱 냉각(slow static cooling)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 스킨 패스 강판에 유기제 코팅(organic coating)이 적층된 후, PAREQ가 9.80과 11.5 사이인 열 처리가 되는 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 PAREQ는,으로 정의되는 값이며, 여기서 ΔH는 철에서 카본의 확산 에너지(약 112KJ/mol)이고, T는 사이클의 온도이며, R은 기체상수(8.314 kJ/kgㆍk)이고, 적분은 열처리 시간 동안 수행되는, 강판 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 유기제 코팅은,가교접속(crosslink) 가능한 수지(resin)를 기본으로 하고, 금속 볼(metal ball)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
