Description
Claims (9)
- 무선 주파수(RF) 선형 전력 증폭기를 제어하기 위한 방법으로서,순시 입력 신호를 입력받는 단계;필터링된 입력 신호를 생성하기 위해 상기 순시 입력 신호를 필터링하는 단계;수정된 드레인 소스 전압(Vds) 파형과 수정된 순시 입력 신호를 생성하기 위해 상기 순시 입력 신호와 상기 필터링된 입력 신호를 결합하는 단계;상기 수정된 드레인 소스 전압(Vds) 파형에 따라 상기 RF 선형 전력 증폭기에 대한 스위치 모드(a switched mode) 전력 공급원을 조정하는 단계; 및상기 수정된 순시 입력 신호를 이용하여 상기 RF 선형 전력 증폭기의 입력을 구동하는 단계를 포함하는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,클리핑 프로파일(a clipping profile)을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 클리핑 프로파일과 상기 순시 입력 신호를 곱함으로써 수정된 출력 신호를 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수정된 Vds 파형은 상기 순시 입력 신호의 슬루율에 관련하여 감소된 슬루율(a reduce slew rate)을 갖는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에러 벡터 크기(error vector magnitude), 인접 채널 전력과 효율성이 상기 수정된 Vds 파형을 최적화하기 위해 적응되는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수정된 Vds 파형의 대역폭은 상기 순시 입력 신호의 대역폭에 관련하여 감소된,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 순시 입력 신호를 상기 수정된 Vds 파형 내에 유지시키기 위해 수정하는 단계를 더 포함하는,선형 전력 증폭기 제어 방법.
- 무선 주파수(RF) 선형 전력 증폭 시스템으로서,선형 전력 증폭기;입력 Vds 파형을 필터링하기 위한 필터;수정된 드레인 소스 전압 Vds 파형과 수정된 순시 입력 신호를 생성하기 위해 필터링된 Vds 파형을 상기 입력 Vds 파형과 결합하기 위한 결합기; 및상기 RF 선형 전력 증폭기에 전력을 공급하기 위한 스위치 모드 전력 공급원 - 상기 전력 공급원은 상기 수정된 Vds 파형에 의해 조정되고 상기 RF 선형 전력 증폭기의 입력은 상기 수정된 순시 입력 신호에 의해 구동됨 - 을 포함하는,선형 전력 증폭 시스템.
